In this episode, we go through the epic conclusion to our previous Robot Home and move into our new location! We show our completed robot shop off, where Skorpios now lives, and show how our old location looks WITHOUT robots in it.

as someone with a disability who finds it hard to move, i tend to struggle to motivate to move things, so when i feel like im mentally able, i make plans to move a specific category of stuff like "all my books" or "all my robot combat trophies" and then when i feel physically able (good and bad days with chronic pain) ill target the specific catagories and maybe not even move them out fully, just box them up for the moment.
My favourite technique to buy a heck load of plastic boxes, put all the little bits into them first and then move them into a corner so they're all set to go and also out of the hekkin way! Then get as much furniture moved as possible to start so I have something to put stuff on as it's moved over :D

Man, this gives me flashbacks to moving out of my last apartment of 12 years. In the moment you're cursing yourself for owning so much crap, but at the end you're staring at a dark, empty place that was once your home with only memories left to fill it. I hate moving.

The best way to move is taking the move as an opportunity to organize. Use boxes and plastic containers to organize the new space and make transporting everything there and putting everything away easier.

Best way to move? Just lift up the current house with everything in it onto a truck and then transport it all to the new location. Failing that, Get lots of friends and just shove everything in boxes and sort it out at the new place. Lovely video, look forward to see the new home.

At 10:10 after "turn the lights off", I was thinking to myself: Imagine the voice of Billy Joel suddenly showing up 31 years later with "Turn the lights back on".

Favorite way of moving: Keep living as a non-residential alien, so that I'm only carrying out the same 2 check-in luggage that I brought in... A rolling stone has no moss, and certainly doesn't need backup SUVs
Windows are heavily under utilised during a move. So many boxes and pieces of furniture being squeezed through the doors when they can easily fit through an open window ❤😂

Invite Friends who owns pickups to a Pizza and Beer Party... Work during the day and party afterwards. Always worked for me.
My Favorite technique to move is have a moving party, get a bunch of friends, order a lot of food and some beers, move and have a hang out in the new place, preferably order food, pizza etc...
Favorite way to move: Outsource help for all the big stuff at a minimum. Pay whatever it takes, whether it's money, or pizza and beer 😛
Here's some moving tricks we picked up on moving a couple of times:
Get some plastic stretch wrap! Go for the one handed ~5" one. The U-Haul one has a flexible handle and you can adjust the tension with a squeeze. Awkward loads get spiderwebbed into basketballs, secure loose tote lids, drawers, it's the best. The two handed rolls are much less fun.
Skip cardboard, Walmart has perfect sized 58 Qt clear plastic totes for ~$6 and comes in multi-packs. You won't need to unpack, it's already organized and put away.
My task endurance is multiplied tenfold listening to an audiobook.
Also my favorite way to move is roller chairs
Best way to move is invite all your friends over for a beer party then once they arrive you mention. We are moving by the way.
I been doing charity shop work for over a year now and sometimes I move heavy things like boxes of books and furniture and my favourite moving tech is the trolley it's a heavy lifters best friend^^
My favorite way to move is bags of holding with hammer space. Just toss the items into the bag and you can lug them all around in one convenient place and weighs nothing to the user.

The best way to move is to bribe friends with food, and alcohol after, and about three thousand boxes, bins, and totes. Also a proper box-truck to put all those boxes, bins, and totes in.

Use a Uhaul. Its a simple but effective way to move. And during the unloading process. Make skorpios push the heavy boxes
The best way to move is to hold a giant vertically spinning disk in front with your arms and then wiggle from side to side.

u-hall or pods does the moving for you just have to pack a fan or a few larger metal boxes unload and your done

Oh my lanta. You guys need a bag of holding. Easy to put stuff in and transport stuff. Either that or as someone who’s on the MRCA shufflers are a really up and coming method of locomotion just ask mudskipper. Also sense it was Pokémon day on the day this episode aired can you do a Pokemon themed robot

We hired a moving company once when we had a tight window, but wouldn't recommend that with a lot of specialized stuff like y'all have. Otherwise, uhaul trailer, friends, pizza.
Pay someone else to do it. 😂😂😂😂😂
16 guys turned up....cleared the place in an hour. And unloaded in less. Best moving money we spent.

best technique: Pack everything color-coordinated, then in the new place organize all the rooms by color 🧠
Pile as much as you can in the bed of a truck. Then when you get to where it all needs to go just reverse as fast as possible and slam on the brakes
The last time I moved, I crammed all my stuff in boxes and drove back and forth for a few hours until everything was in the new location. This was 14 years ago. I still have unpacked boxes. 1/10 do not recommend.

Moving? Dumpsters dumpsters dumpsters.... Be willing to let it go/recycle/donate/dispose. Start over in the new place with way less stuff even if it's a bigger place, even if you're just moving next door. Sheesh I hate moving.
