    I would really love to know how you train, did you do a push, then pull, then leg day? And do you often do sets of 1 rep with max weight or for example sets of 8 reps with less weight?

    • @mathewzlat2334
      @mathewzlat2334  6 років тому +1

      Sillius Soddus fullbody periodized program, 2-4 times a week, mostly 3-5 reps in a set

    • @Jeroeniboy
      @Jeroeniboy 6 років тому

      So you do push, pull and legs all in one day? How long does a workout take?

    • @mathewzlat2334
      @mathewzlat2334  6 років тому

      Sillius Soddus right now I don't do legs, they are in maintainance mode, so push and pull, a workout takes 2-3 hrs

    • @Jeroeniboy
      @Jeroeniboy 6 років тому

      Thanks a lot for your replies! I'm a fitness trainer, so I'm very interested in the way you progressed so much. Could you tell me more about what a training looks like? For example do you do a few sets of 3-5 reps for dips and pull ups and combine it with other push exercises (push ups, handstand, rows etc.) or do you only focus on dips and pull ups to maximise progress in those?

    • @mathewzlat2334
      @mathewzlat2334  6 років тому +1

      Sillius Soddus i do dips to progress in dips, and similar in all movements. Specialization ftw
