my friends and i really liked another idea which was “the legend” or “the myth” since he was a local legend to the people in the movie

Knowing his lore and story I was thinking the painter or the artist
I like Jason’s power but when he gets stunned that shouldn’t be part of it since there’s already a perk named spirit fury
Spirit fury cancels out the stun- he said jason’s power would be WHEN he gets stunned by a pallet, after the stun duration is over, it automatically breaks.

knowing that they should have a science fiction element in dbd I also think that xenomorphs or predators would be a sweet addition, they basically already have maps and moris in their movies, a spine rip for pred and a mini mouth bite or facehugger for xenos
The problem with that in my option is that I’d doesn’t fit with dbd’s theme but it would be cool but there is a demogorgen so alien or predator so it probably is possible possible
Xenomorph/Predator are less likely, now that Disney have obtained the rights to those parties. We all know Disney don’t let anyone buy the rights to their stuff.
What about The Thing? He's sci-fi horror and he'd be an absolute menace if he could shapeshift into survivors
The creature from the movie "It Follows" would make a great addition to dead by daylight. Because it can look like anybody so it can look like one of the people if you're supposed to be playing with and actually kill people without them knowing that you're the Killer.
That would be horrible but yes penny wise would be a good killer but not turn in to a survivor
FYI, the Devs already said that they won’t be adding a shape shifting killer or a killer that can take the form as a survivor.
That ability would be useless with survive with friends
The Thing would be WAY better

Chucky could drag the players by their feet, he’s done that in Seed of Chucky. Or he could use voodoo to possess the player and make them hook themselves. Lots of potential.
If he dragged them by the foot how would he get them up on the hook

- Carrie White from "Carrie";
- Xenomorph from the "Alien" movie series;
- Jason Voorhees from "Friday the 13th";
- Diana Walter from "Lights Out";
- Marta from "Outlast 2";
- Sadako Yamamura from "The Ring";
- Pennywise from "IT"
Candyman yes. Carrie no. Alien yes. Friday the 13th yes. Lights out idk not sure. Outlast 2 yes. The ring maybe. IT yeah. FNAF yes. Chucky yes. A quiet place should will yes or Hush yes.

The Thing. Would love this. Killers power would be after hitting a survivor you can shapeshift into the survivor you just hit and you have no terror radius until you shift back

Jason should be called the slasher.... since he's the king of the slashers
With all due respect, as someone who has 1500 hours in the game these would be really bad additions balance wise:
Chucky:
Once the survivors know it's Chucky they wont check chest or locker anymore leaving his power with only a 15% swing speed which would make him fell helpless and since he has to physically be in the lockers/chests he would spend all his time hiding rather then killing.
Jason:
His power is doesn't need a weakness, you are most likely going to break the pallet after it's thrown down, most times you would want to leave some pallets up as they are unsafe, making Jason have to respect pallets which can make him lose out on a hit.
T-100:
Everyone who has played this game has thought about what if the killer could disguise as survivors, let me tell you any killer like that would be a worse wraith, one easy first hit, power doesn't help you in the chase.
Candyman: The bees wouldn't have bee a bad idea if it wouldn't be undone by skill checks at any time making them only effective on new survivors, including the fact that you can make him come to you and stop chasing you teammate puts the killers power in the survivors hand basically making his gameplay just full of interruptions as when he tries to stop a gen he will be pulled all the across the map.

The hook-man from I Know What You Did Last Summer, The Alien from Alien, The Baby-face from Happy Death Day, The Drill from Slumber Party Massacre, The Miner from My Bloody Valentine those are some that I think would be cool

Maybe Chucky can possess survivors and force them on hooks
That would not work the killer design is for picking up survivors and caring them to the hook they are not going to change that that will cost too much money and time the don't have
It could work the same as the wiggle phase where you wiggle to un-posses yourself and Chucky rides on your back, however if you get stunned by a pallet or flashlight blinded Chucky falls off breaking you free of his grasp
Since the new FNaF game is coming up I think that it would be a good idea to add Vanny

What if the hooks when chucky was the killer were replaced with good guy doll boxes... he drags them into the box and the survivors have to save them from being turned into a doll

Candy was originally planned to be in the game but because the new movie didn’t come out DBD didn’t release him (or some other reason) but we were supposed to get him.
I would like the creeper from Jeeprs Creepers and the map could be the old church(the house of pain) or the police station. For survivors. i would go with Trish and Darry the main characters of the 1st movie
That Candyman bit with the mirrors would need to have a safeguard to work, or survivors will just camp the mirrors and repeatedly summon him and lock him down while 1 or 2 bust out gens. Maybe make them a 1 time use mirror. So for five times a match you could disrupt the killer and forcibly take him away from a chase or a 3 gen lockdown, ect ect.

T-1000 could use his liquid metal to repair broken hooks with the drawback being that it takes longe to complete each stage of the sacrifice and is easier to escape.

I think that the Chucky map should be the Chucky factory
Since chucky can put his soul in multiple dolls I think it would be better if he place's a separate doll in a locker and if the survivor goes into the locker with a doll they scream and are pushed out
They should totally add Beta from the walking dead. He's basically myers with how tanky and bulky he is, plus his signature two knives would be pretty sick. His nickname would be "The Whisperer" and he could have a mori with an added ability called guardians rise. (In TWD he killed off basically an entire room of people then sat there waiting for them to resurrect as walkers, then used them as an army, so that's where I'm pulling this idea from), but to make it work for DbD they can give him this mori, that after a certain amount of time after killing a survivor, maybe like a minute or so, they reanimate as a walker and kind of act as a landmine or something similar to the hag which would notify him of where you are if you get too close to the walker. Idk maybe something else would be better XD
I forgot to add a survivor with him. Hmmm..I mean Daryl would be pretty cool to have in DBD. They could give him an exclusive perk to where he can shoot a limit of like maybe 3 bolts from his crossbow that stun the killer or something
I think we could do a double killer double survivor thing and i think it should be the XenoMorph (The Alien) and the predator (The Hunter) and Ridley and Dutch
The Jason Passive Ability you were talking about should be more of a perk because we already have a perk like that (enduring).....
however short the Chucky doll is, he knows how to use Voodoo magic; "why, can't there be harry potter style voodoo 'lievitosa' magic, to hook the survivor in the hook?!"

I think an Annabelle Killer would be cool. So you wouldn't play as the doll, you'd play as the demon and you could set the doll in a room or area so when a survivor steps into a certain radius of its sight, their auras will be shown to the demon and he could teleport to it. I think the survivor would either be ed, or Loraine Warren from the conjuring/Annabelle universe, and the map would be the museum from Annabelle comes home.

I feel like pinhead would be a cool addtion to the game. And I think Jason would be better is he had like a phasewalk that plays his little chi chi ha ha thing when he uses it, and after he uses it there's a cool down like the nurse but not that extreme
