Your message about mental health is reaching people it reached me. As some one who is an avid MTB rider and has a lot of mental health issues that I am just now with medical professionals and riding I’m Learning to live with. Keep it going
I help people with mental health also as you know now I m working at a rehab so I’m trying to get the full circle on all types of illness. Glad to see you back on UA-cam. Have not said hi in awhile hope all is well
right on brother glad to hear from you again as well, so cool to hear that you are on a similar path. I have been on youtube but just posting a little less, but swimming strong with better content.
MTBdropIN yeah stay strong sometimes we battle our heads and become to overthink things. If we step out of ourself and see what really is going on. That will stop over thinking and the battle becomes less. Like waking up with that one thought and it possessed you then becomes aggressive in your head because now it’s a whole day that thought is controlling your mood and attitude your vibe. I do groups on self confidence and I do a raw group which means you say what you say for 3 minutes no comments just to the next speaker. I know what you're talking about! When you plan to ride stick with it. Don't let weird morning moods throw you off. I never say to myself "I was glad I hung around the house today!"
I use a lot of philosophy like to say. As a flower we plant a seed to get a flower but that seed grows from the dirt n up we have to water it to see it grow and bloom. Such as life we are the seed and we have to go through dirt sometimes but we have to take care of ourself to bloom.

I don't ascribe to that culture, you are talking about something entirely different, and I hate it. We have a issue with everyone diagnosing themselves and others etc. I have actually been trained to diagnose under the license of professionally certified counselors, thus I'm actually equipped to tackle this issue responsibly. However, I have to say though people have been properly trained, I have seen licensed counselors do a piss poor job at dealing responsibly with some of these issues and have completely caused people to buy into a culture of victimization. Im not a victim but an overcomer, and I don't think its awesome to be labeled, I think its stupid and a diagnosis is not an excuse to be given a pass when it comes to life. We are all responsible for our actions and choices, a diagnosis is no excuse for getting ahead in life by playing the role of the victim.

Sb 130 feels way more enduro for sure
Stability at high speeds is the main difference, the recluse more playful just difficult to manage at high speed
