My opinion Graphics: 2021 - Looks more natural, less cartoony, and a bit more "deformation" (I use deformation lightly lol) Bike sounds: 2021 - 2020 isn't worse, just different. I prefer 2021 Whips: 2020 - I honestly thought the canned whips in 20 looked really good. 2021 is a huge step back Tracks: 2021 - I think they're more enjoyable Ground physics: 2021 - Way more grip compared to 2020 Air physics: 2020 - but both suck Rider animations: Tie - Each have pieces that look better than the other. If I had to choose probably 2020 Pop off: 2021 - sometimes you could pop off the bike way too easy in 2020 After 10 hrs of gameplay I'm enjoying 2021. Wasn't going to buy it, but gave it a chance. I think it's a slight improvement from 2020. But I haven't experienced any of the bugs that others have. Wish they would add more bike graphics and rider outfit options.

Everyone needs to understand how to actually apply different set ups according to different tracks and riding becomes really fun. Stock setting will works ok on every track. But tailoring set up unleashes bike characteristics. And even though the features are the same, the riding physics are way better and the tracks are really fun to race on
The only thing I like better than 2020 in this is the dirt colors. It’s sad that people give this company money. People crap on MX vs. ATV but at least they listen to their community and work towards improving

Just it seems like the gravity is a bit wonky.

how are the credits in career modes ? just as little as we are always used to with mxgp the game or is it finally a bit similar to the supercross the game
I have a "Reference" quality video monitor and the graphic for the 21 game grades out distance and color fade to a more realistic level.....as far as the track editor , couldn't that be so people with both years of game can use on line custom tracks and race them on both games?
2021 looks and sound (slightly) better, but physics/handling feels way different, and I find it so hard to not crash 1000000 times every lap, while on 2020 I jumped in the first time and was able to do clean laps and beat medium AI right away. On certain tracks 2021 feels really good (on sand), but on most tracks the bike feels too loose and the controls are super twitchy. Also, the camera on 2021 has a weird/annoying movement that makes it feel like the game is stuttering. I just bought both on sale for 5 and 6€, and I think I'll stick with 2020 for now; the only reason I might consider to give 2021 another try is because I guess the multiplayer is more populated...

I wish they would add like mechanical failure and if you go down your bike gets damaged been handlebars an injuries especially if you're playing on realistic difficulty. I like how Monster Energy Supercross added injuries that game was a huge letdown hopefully somebody picks on Milestone because I love Monster Energy Supercross I have every single one I think number three is the best and then the original Monster Energy Supercross in a second number 6 being the worst. Mxgp they better come out with a really sick game for 2023 because 2020 and 2021 were identical I thought I was playing the same game the dirt licked a little better and so did the graphics and brighter smoother but every track is identical what a bummer luckily I got mine on clearance for 5 bucks each LOL I believe Monterey Supercross 6 is on sale for 20 bucks

2020 was garbage in my opinion, and 2021 is an improved version. 2020 was garbage due to the stiff rider animations and sluggish feeling of riding in the terrain, while 2021 has better rider animations and more terrain feeling, and the clutch actually makes sense in 2021. Overall it's not acceptable with all the lack of changes. I respect the things they have added throughout all the games, but the lack of changes between each game is not big enough for a whole new game, and this just shows that the developers behind these games only have time or only cares enough to do the necessary changes to make it look new for newer players. These games are cash-grab games, it's about putting a new game out every year for the real MXGP seasons fans, it's not about innovation for gaming. Innovation would have given us more customization options and track deformations. I think it's safe to say, for all UA-camrs as well, that although these are the best looking mx games we have ever witnessed, these Milstone games aren't really something to look forward to when it comes to finding something new, we are not their target of audience. This is Fifa but for MX.
This is very disappointing the track editor and the official tracks r the exact same from 2020 they better fix something about this in the next mxgp game

the rider looks soo stiff in 2020, like a puppet on a string.......2021 seems smooth again! i hope this time it´s possible to adjust the camera angle!

Not every game has the exact same tracks, but it's based on the real season so most of them are usually similar.
