I literally just bought a 24 Highlander Hybrid Platinum a week ago because I was sick of waiting to see if anything was going to change for 2025. It’s black with caramel interior but wow I like this color for the 25th edition.
I purchased a Moondust 2024 (I think) Highlander through a broker, and as far as I know, it is currently a VIN in a Spreadsheet (they will assemble next month). Was a bit apprehensive about not getting a new one, but from what I see, with the exception of "25" all over it, it's the same thing.

I wanted a new Highlander with the v-6 motor but I found out they are no longer made. I am shopping elsewhere because I want a naturally aspirated motor, not a turbo assisted motor.
There will be a 2025 Highlander XSE. It will get the 12.3 inch center display. Toyota will offer that trim in the Cement color. You also get torque vectoring AWD. It also gets a touch of unique front fascia styling and Softex material on the seats.
Looks like carmel glaze to me. I bought a 2014 black highlander platinium for 62k which includes gap insurance for 1k and.1k for warranty extension to 10 years. Only difference is goofy light on left.side mirror and.extra outlet in central storage.
The front end with that chrome line that connects to toyota emblem really killed the look 😢. Dang toyota why did you go that route..for that I'll pass.

They don’t tell you but you can literally return the car for specific reasons if you really wanted to!

This is a very good value SUV.
You can drive it for 30 years.
