I’m a little confused as to why you did a layer with another tortilla instead of a tostada. The tostada is where the crunch comes in a ‘crunchwrap’.

The cooked and dry browned wrap is where you get the crunch and they achieved that..it also looks like a crunch wrap so they called it that..who cares if it has an inside layer of extra crunch?? The inner tortilla is easier and works great

@@Canuckcancanuck lol there is no layer of crunch in this recipe. Crisp, maybe. No crunch. It’s supposed to be a crunchwrap, not a crispwrap. I’m sure it’s decent, but yeah the tostada does matter, and it also provides structure to the whole thing.
