I see this too much on here. This is a HALF TRUTH. You cannot date a generous man if you aren't generous yourself. A generous man wants a generous woman. You have to give just as much as you want for any relationship to be successful. Successful relationships = Sacrifice + compromise. Period.
Most women are generous, we give life, we sacrifice our bodies to birth so generosity comes naturally for women but this same energy of sacrifice, giving, and generosity isn't always associated with men. Women aren't always receiving reciprocity in return. It's important for women to distinguish between generosity versus breadcrumbing versus men being stingy with her.
Just broke up from dating a guy who leads with his wallet. He was using it to control me. He gave it to me how he wanted to give it to me. He gave me a black card last year and I gave it back. I told him I am not controlled by his money. He said, I give your own black card to pull you in my circle but it didn’t work. I guess he found out the hard way. I have moved on 5 months.
Maybe that is the only way he knows how to love. Ofc he is the villain in your story. But did you give him hints you wanted more than his black card ? Most women are content with only that. Maybe his past experiences conditioned him to think women only want money from him If that man was with you and he led with his wallet, maybe he has trauma, maybe try to fix him and make him see you are different and want him for him.
