Hard to tell unless you're in person but as far as i can tell the sound itself isn't too different to the CR-T or S1 which i have owned and do own currently. I guess you're buying it for the weight saving and absolute craftsmanship. Looking forward to fly-bys!
CR-T is listed at 121 dB @ 6500 rpm GP-22 is listed at 122 dB @ 6500 rpm Weight savings, craftsmanship, styling, and the MotoGP tie in. It is also tailored to the swingarm in that it tucks into the body of the motorcycle really tightly. Maximum lean angle and has a greater likelihood to escape damage in a low side.
This exhaust is Insane !! I recently bought myself a 2014 BMW HP4. It has titanium headers. Titanium link pipe and recently fitted a SC Project CRT can and wow oh wow does it stand out and sound unreal What would say a RSV4 Factory with this GP22 Sc project be like Maybe 10% louder again maybe even more? 10 suburbs over would hear it
Hey Christian! Motorcycles sold as road bikes in the US will have to be 50-state legal and thus will have a cat from the factory. This video has the GP-22 WITH a cat'd header system.
@@xxthehuskycaboosexx Exhaust flow restrictions affect what happens upstream. When you change shit downstream you change things upstream too. It's that fucking simple
The GP-22 is a slip on, so if the Akra headers that you are working with will bolt up to the stock silencer, you should be good to go. SC-Project also offers a full system as well: www.motovationusa.com/sc1-r-exhaust-by-sc-project-aprilia-rsv4-A27-TC
This is just a slip on , does it require an aftermarket headers to maximize the results of power increase? Because I saw on the website that there are no headers available for this.
The full system for the Aprilia RSV4 1100 is the SC1-R system. Part Number - A27-TC90C www.motovationusa.com/exhaust-performance/sc1-r-exhaust-by-sc-project-aprilia-rsv4-A27-TC
I think a lot of this depends on the dealership and the system. If the failure that is being covered under warranty can be traced to the exhaust somehow they won't cover it. There are cases for each side I suppose. I would imagine they would not cover a Race System from Akra.
Can someone please explain to me why this tiny piece of piping costs $2200????!!!! Seriously why? You can pay to have some one make this tiny ass piece of exhaust and laser etch SC Project it on it for a 1/10th of a fraction. What a fucking rip off hahahaha
I have been waiting for a solid video on this!! Dream bike +exhaust set up for me
Thanks homey!

Very much seems so, at the listed price a CR-T would be 1/3 of the price with the same riding experience.
I love the sound and look, but have doubts over the engine performance loss with shorties
Yeah who knows? No one will ever do any damn dyno testing.
@@fahdkamal1420Never thought about that ⁉️🤔😳 How much Lost are we talking about ⁉️😮
It’s basically a MotoGP slip on
Basically!
more like just a piece of titanium piping lololol
or straight pipe lol.
Yeah lol, stupid to Pay that much for that shit.
Loving the OZ wheels!
I have yet to see a Dyno run with this exhaust. Back in the days when magazines were available you could find dyno charts on various exhaust systems
Thank you for posting - helped a lot
Heck yeah Mark! Glad it helped!
@@MotovationUSA made it an easy remove and install.
Got the same exhaust on my 1100 sounds and looks great and there's like no weight to this exhaust
YES!!!
Glad that you are enjoying this exhaust as much as we are!
Spettacolare 💪🇮🇹 fantastico super top 👍👍 sc project Gp 22
Beauuuuuuuuuuuuuutiful !!!

Hard sayin' not knowin'
The GP-22 is about as loud as it gets. 122dB @ 6500rpm.
Do you have series exhaust pipes please?
Greetings, thanks for the content. My question is, what is the name (make or manufacturer) of those aluminum forged wheels are those?
They are the Gass Series Wheels from OZ Racing in the Titanium Anodized colorway.
upload flybys!!!
Soon... Very Soon. 🙏
Yessssssssssss
YES!
Have you changed the headers or the headers are still stock? 🤔I'm surprised to see flame from stock headers 😳
Stock headers. For now...
That thing is fucking loud jesus. Almost sounds like it's straight-piped. I like it.
It's not far from it.
Is that full system or slip on 🤷♂️🤷♂️
Do u know if there is any possibility to install in Aprilia RSV4 Factory 2020?
SC-Project does not list it fitting the '20, but the internet might have a way to make it work.
Cant seem to find if there are titanium hearders stock
SC-Project is currently offering one full system for the current gen RSV4 1100.

So question. I ordered the 2023 time attack I’ve already got the gp22. Does the bike come standard with the cat or no cat for the headers?

Those rims are awesome. OZ, right? 😍😍
Yessir. OZ Gass Wheels.
New to Aprila would this require a tune
Modern motorcycles are so finely tuned that you would want to look into tuning any time you change the intake/exhaust velocities.
This is just an endcan, cat and headers are the same. Absolutely no need for a tune.
@@xxthehuskycaboosexx lmao you have no clue what you're talking about

Maximum performance is almost always obtained through a full system and a tune. News about the SC/Aprilia partnership is always developing.
So when can we hear a fly by at 10K+?
Soon Van, Soon. Keep your 👀 peeled.
What color is the core moto wheel?
They are the Gass Series Wheels from OZ Racing in the Titanium Anodized colorway.
Thanks for the response. I just bought a 2023. That is a great colorchoice!
Yeah! They set the bike off so nicely!

Appreciated, sorry for late reply
@MotovationUSA can you get the full system with the GP 22 slip on instead of the long can??
My neighbors when I start my bike in morning with this setup😳😳😳🤬🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯🤯😭
"That mothe-*&*@#$"
"It's 7:00am!!!!"
For a $2000+ that packaging better be nice! Lol
Lawd have MERCY
Fireballs incoming!!! 🔥
good lord that bike is bad! makes me wanna get rid of my akra...
We think you should probably get rid of your akra too. 😘
Man I just bought a sc project crt to replace my akra slip on and it transforms the bike. It sounds soooo much better.
but dammn, 2100$! Dammmmmnnn, nice box but i usually throw them away once they are useless.
So the dealership told me Aprilia only covers akrapovic

I really enjoyed the sound، But I think it's too much for the Street .
Oh, it's a lot. Probably just the right amount of a lot.
Looks great ..sound is ok not the greatest...sc1 sounds better
Why so expensive for a slip on, WTF???
Show the inside. This is nothing more than a Pep Boys exhaust tip huh?
Sounds awful, gp bike has two exhaust cans for a reason, these new rsv4 s don’t do well with the small cans
Stop calling it an exhaust, call it what it is. A titanium tube.
Hello super Nice your video ! Do you delivery in France ? I want buy one
I already bougt the new arrow pista exhaust but this one !!! 🥹😋
It is a very nice exhaust indeed! We are the North American partner for SC Project. You will be able to get it directly from the European distributor.
