You're what a trainer looks like. Nice job of staying calm with that kid. I spent a week getting screamed at by my Schneider trainer. More often than not I was more focused keeping my tmeper in check, not coming out of that truck and kicking the fuck out of him than trying to drive well. Kudos sir, wish I'd learned from you!
My husband has had horrible experiences with trainers. He met the trainer, and the guy didn't even say hi or introduce himself. He said to follow me and then proceeded to go through the shop and steal things. When my husband got in the truck, he sent me pictures of trash piled high on the beds and human feces everywhere. He let his DM know before he left, and she told him, "You really want to start out this way." So then they hit the road and the DM told his trainer about the claims and the guy started telling my husband (all on recording bc my husband got really worried) that he was going to take him all the way to Nevada and leave him there. In stead though, he kicked him out the truck on the side of the road outside of Amarillo Tx at 3am. He managed to walk several miles to a hotel. I had just worked a 15 hr shift and jumped in my car and drove from South texas to North texas to go get him. It was this experience that took him off the road or trying. Times are tough, though, so it's been 2 years, and he may be going back. I pray that if it happens , we get a serious trainer like you. Thank you for taking the job seriously and teaching people right
@redlinedoingthings8831 Thank you for the effort you put in woth drivers in actually teaching them how to do the job. You do not treat them like steering wheel holders. You're a blessing to the iron horse !

@redlinedoingthings8831 i wish my trainer was more like you. You have way more patience and seem like a more qualified trainer. Unfortunately, some trainers only see the money part, not the teaching part
Wow your actually a good trainer I was driving for prime tnt phase and my trainer was a d*k he had piss bottle everywhere and threw me behind a wheel for 10 hours didn’t learn anything at all
I’m about to finish up my training with Prime Inc and the clip of you using the Jake’s on the mountains helped me so much! My trainer doesn’t like using his Jake’s the way you were showing which for me felt unsafe at first when I started but now I use my Jake’s more with a little stab braking.

Just take ur time when backin an it will fall in place
