I still think about this Beetza often - it was so tasty! Thank you so much Gaz for having me (and Sam) around - your garden is just epic and look forward to seeing it continue to develop!
I totally agree, connecting what's on our plate with where it comes from & how it's grown.i find Gaz & this channel so inspiring & informative in the most positive & peaceful way.its a transformation Ive been eagerly anticipating as I've been into gardening for a few years now.💚🌻🍊🥦.Thank you.🍇
1000% agree. The world has really gone backwards. Way to dependent on corporate America to feed us. Well, not all of us but most. It’s really insane how much processed stuff us humans put in our bodies. We grow and raise 80-85% of our food. The quality and taste between store bought and fresh is light hears apart. Not even close. What’s even scarier is that most of my family and friends think it’s funny that we grow and raise our own food. Truly is mindboggling. They think money will keep them alive.
Huw is such a gentleman. I thought his comment "Can you open a pizza restaurant please?", was a super compliment. Gaz thanking Huw was charming. Great video!
Just a bit earlier this day I was thinking about how one of the the main reasons why I would love to have an outdoor kitchen is that it would be really nice to be able to grate beetroot and open pomegranates without basically having to renovate my kitchen afterwards every time. (And beetroot is one of my favorite foods too, so that happens a lot. 😅) Yet here's Gaz, once again wearing a white shirt while cooking beetroot, casually colouring everything around him in pink except for his shirt. What is this sorcery? 😂
Last night I dreamed all of you guys came to the United States and had a big gardening fair with our USA garden UA-camrs. You had booths with dining tables and were sharing recipes. It was so much fun meeting you guys and Liz and everyone from our favorite UK gardening UA-cam channels. Lol.
One very important thing noted! The celery & kale & leeks & most of your veg pulled from your garden are half the size of commercially grown - even organic! This is true! Smaller veg is natural veg with all those nutrients in a smaller package - more intense flavour ! Everyone should grow their own! Food security is the responsibility of the individual & it is the only freedom you can ever have!
The robot dance with live screwdrivers. The pink Beets. The soggy day greenhouse captive audience of gardeners. The dashing to get the sage…..the yummy food and all those pink hues …….and watching Huw’s dimples….I mean what’s not to like!
God created you for a beautiful purpose Gaz stay encouraged we love you! It will be so wonderful to meet you one day Id love to travel more and visit Wales
Oh boy, watching your videos is such a treat! Tom's editing really shines on this one, with all the music and the atmosphere! Such a great opportunity to showcase the amazing Huw Richards. And you, Gaz, are one charming and inspiring man! Thank you so much for putting these videos out there and inspiring us!
It is very good to see young men with so much love for growing food . It changes your overall attitude towards life in a very positive way . Well done, both of you!!!
😂😂 love the hat 🎩 Huw. Great input from the Gnome Master 👍👍. It is an amazing thing how gardeners help each other with no expectations of payment etc (well except pizza 🍕). Have a spectacular week, Ali 🌧️🌧️🌧️🇨🇦
I see a new segment. Inviting your mentors or those that have influenced you, to your greenhouse to cook for them. This as a way to say thanks. Or do private paid meals and cook/dine in your greenhouse.
It is easy to forget all the world problems when watching your content. I feel like I should dress better when I am in the garden. You're content is inspiring and I like the attitude you're transporting it. Lovely combination of things that go so well together like farming and cooking.
I love the book. Write the next one..."if you build it they will come!"...I will buy it and others will too. You bring an exciting, fresh look at plant-based cooking ..and living! Thank you! Write the book!!!
Barbie pizza looks delicious. Have your Plants Only Kitchen. As a side comment I was waiting to board my plane from Porto to Munich. If that wasn't you also waiting, then know you have a twin in this world. Keep learning. Patti Harlan
My faaaaaaaves, Gaz and Huw! You, both, have played inspirational roles in my life and learning. Thank you for all you do and share! BIG love from Belgium ❤
haha they both seem so enthusiastic and nice to each other, at some point I felt a lil something between them🙊 I wanna ship them so bad because they would have the coolest natural lifestyle in europe😍I’d be soo jealous ahhh
This video was so much fun as well as educational. Huw Richards is a dream to have come to your garden….so knowledgeable and funny to boot. Your recipe for beetza is one I have to try! Thanks, Gaz! You and your buddy Tom, have made a very entertaining channel here.

Your mum is a delight. Really enjoy seeing your dad, too. And this "beetza" looks amazing. It was fun to see two of my favorite UA-camrs on the same video. Thanks! Saludos desde Asturias.
SO lovely. Wish I could taste your pink pizza. You have made such a nice little life there. I hope to have a garden like that one day. Keep it up. Inspiring and calming to watch you.
You have been walking around this garden for the past 10 years. I have been checking for new vlogs since then. Wowowowow, what an awesome garden virtual reality experience!!!! You should be proud of your picturique venture!! 😂😮
Your videos are just so good. Amazingly pleasant and natural. I have watched you for years and just love the direction you have taken. Your transition into gardening had been so amazing to watch. It's just so relaxing, nice guitar music, beautiful scenery. Really top quality, even some family elements with your dad. I hope allot of people are watching and learning how to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Good work on new collaboration and real content. Questions are great, simple and never to complicated. I was expecting a link when you asked about the bed dome but then you made it. Fast editing so it doesn't get boring. Just nailing it all around. Even a creative recipe Good job.
That’s the most creative unique recipe yet! I always wanted you and Huw, the welshies, to collaborate because of your shared interests. I bet you could turn Huw vegan with your delicious food. Huw is so knowledgeable and likeable. Excellent vid 👍
Alsoooo...just to say...particularly in this time of uncertainty, vulnerable supply chains, etc etc - many of us could do worse than to get together, buy /rent land (incl allotments) and learn about improving soil and growing organically; get into seed swapping (esp heirloom varieties) and work together to help ensure healthy food now and into the future for us all. If i had the money I'd buy lots of land and donate it to folks to grow their own veg! One day...one day... :-)
Huw, just popping up in people's gardens .. now wouldn't that be amazing ?! Yet how cool is it that i CAN see and hear you guys and your education and inspiration for us, all the way from Wisconsin, USA, ?!! What a beautiful view you have behind your garden there, Gaz, too !!!
I've been watching Huw awhile but found Gaz yesterday. Can't wait for this... The knowledge in his brain is just so fun. I really appreciate his garden ideas and it is fun to see them together here. Thank you
Gaz, you impress and surprise me more and more with each video. Whether cooking or gardening, you are the best. All the best, good luck, you so deserve it. Greetings from Munich
Thanks for such a great collab video with Huw and Sam! I was so inspired by it that I took the last few beets from my summer harvest and made the beetroot ketchup/sauce you put on your Beetzas (well, my approximation of it, anyway!) and I must say it is magnificent! The combination of flavors and sweet and sour is just magical. I really enjoy your videos and agree with previous commenters that you are not only inspiring, but also very calming, and that is just wonderful. Thanks again!
To start a fire FAST use pine firestarter sticks. They are made from the stump of a pine tree. When the pine tree is chopped down the pitch in the roots comes up into the stump wood and saturates it. A small stick of that resinous wood will light very easily and in five minutes you will have a roaring fire. This is used a lot in the USA for starting fires for camping, potbellied stoves, fireplaces and bar-be -ques.
Gosh you are SO DARN IMPRESSIVE!! And I adore your sense of humour! Thanks so much, a wonderful video to transport us into heaven once again, many thanks XOX
I still think about this Beetza often - it was so tasty! Thank you so much Gaz for having me (and Sam) around - your garden is just epic and look forward to seeing it continue to develop!
Epic collab!!!

Where is this beautiful garden?
So in awe of Huw. For a young guy, he has SO much gardening expertise. I’m 63 and learn heaps from him. ❤️

In the same boat. Every time I watch Mr. Gaz videos it something calms me down.

A fun episode, but I have to say, I'm most impressed that you worked with beets and didn't destroy that shirt!
Huw is such a gentleman. I thought his comment "Can you open a pizza restaurant please?", was a super compliment. Gaz thanking Huw was charming. Great video!
It feels like two universes intersected. My gardening channel and my plantbased channel multiverse 😮
🙏❤️

A collab I was dreaming about 😂 I had a great time watching it. Thanks!
I've been dreaming of this colab for so long!
More inspiration from a new guest and your wonderful garden. Can’t wait for the “beetza” recipe!
Thanks for such a great collab video with Huw and Sam! Proper old fashioned cucumbers with little prickles! Haven’t seen these for ages, we are over run by soft skinned ones here in Aussie. Great garden!

I just purchased your book. cant wait ti use it. What is the name of the wood stove you cooked in. I love cooking over a fire.
i cant immagine a bigger joy ,that cooking with your own harvest food 💗💗💗
So happy to see two of my favourite food specialists together.
Thank you for offering your book from a format other than Amazon.
The pizza dough looked so good. I will have to add some beet juice to mine. A festive color🌻
Great choice of music for the cooking bits! Such a wild contrast to the hiphop that you used to use a few years ago
Looks yum! Must make some Beetzas. Got some good pointers from Huw's tour also.
Gosh you are SO DARN IMPRESSIVE!! And I adore your sense of humour! Thanks so much, a wonderful video to transport us into heaven once again, many thanks XOX
