I don't condone what SVG did but Kosteki was being way too aggressive (not the first time) he needed a taste of his own medicine. SVG leads the championship, he can afford to drop some points.

SVG held his ground and escorted Kosteki off (deserved a penalty) but Davidson was nothing, if you give everyone a penalty for the slightest contact the whole field will be penalised.
Lovey v8s but I miss the diversity of the gtr/sierra era. They penalised these cars for being too quick where this should've been an incentive to make other teams advance to match the standard. All they did was instead of making others move up to match, brought the fast guys back I thought it.was.about striving to advance and move forward, not go backwards. We shouldn't penalise the quick guys but strive to get to there level.and that's how cars evolve
We can cap a horsepower limit but who cares whether it made by a v8, 4 cylinder turbo or 6 turbo. They'll still have their pros and cons of how it's made but it'll bring more interest to other motorsport fans
I would like to point out that SVG finished in 6th with a 15sec penalty he served in the pits... he was 16sec off from Waters... in traffic... ... ... ... SVG: *don't worry, I've already got a plan*

When the mustangs first raced they were built to exactly the same Gen2 rules as the commodore, passed the initial compliance testing and then kicked the commodore's arse. Roland Dane whinged and they changed the rules..... 1. Smaller rear wing end plates for Mustang 2. Lower rear wing gurney flap for Mustang 3. Reduced front undertray extension for Mustang 4. Weight penalty for Mustang 5. Increased front splitter for Commodore 6. Increased rear wing for Commodore 7. Greater front end down force for Commodore Not mention ballast shifts in July 2019 (28kg to the Mustang roof, 6kg to the Holden dash) plus the changes to engine packages, dampers and tyre rules in Feb 2020 (for all teams but RBR benefited most) and the aero tweak to the Commodore at the start of this year. Mate, you can say what you want but motor racing in Australia has been tilted to favour Holden for the last 30 years and since mid 2019 the efforts to boost Holden have been atrocious. Just for the record right now SVG is far and away the best driver in the series
@Paul Cuckastein Holden sold imported GM products, Non of which were made in china. The Commodore was German the rest were Korean or Thai. The Mustang transmissions are made in china. that's going VERY well!

Brodie Kostecki should be kicked out of all supercars. He is a gamer who thinks he can race a car, and todays disgusting performance proved that he is delusional. His kamikaze shot a turn 2 and his ramming of Todd Hazelwood are gamer plays, not professional racer driver moves... and then Van Gisbergen receiving a penalty for putting this moron in his place is disappointing. The idiot (Kostecki) could have caused a major incident at turn 2 costing many of the leading teams. And this isn't his first incident either. All season Kostecki has shown his amateur and unprofessional approach, tangling with cars, off track short cuts (if he had of joined where he was supposed to he would have been further back), etc. The guy is seriously making Supercars a joke... he couldn't even crack the top ten in the super2s...
