Renzo, I really like how thorough you are when explaining the costs. I also think it is very important when you mention whether the property runs on well water/Septic or public water and sewage. That will make a big difference when I finally decide to move to Ocala.
That is a really nice Home. I like the stately entrance and the Large Foyer. The flex room would make a nice office. There is a lot of value there with well water, and it being a block Home, on a Cul-de-sac.

El sink debería estar por debajo del counter no por encina, me da la impresión que tiene tope de formica. Un punto bueno para el constructor son los dos walking closets en el cuarto principal👍, casi nadie tiene en cuenta eso.
3 things I noticed with this house. 1) why does the master BR have a smaller window ? 2) all the sinks are over the counter. Very ugly. 3) It's over priced for $412k. It's Ocala.
