Why do u need screws and drilling if it already has clip holes?

I'm having the same problem. If it's a direct replacement for the OEM part, it shouldn't need screws. I think the layup of this part is likely to be slightly off. Screws are an easier way to compensate rather than redesign the part.

Horrible gaps between the diffuser and bumper, making it look obvious.
