I think it’s important that you talk about protein! I’m a “plant based” body builder, and while watching vegan what I eat in a day/weeks, you’re like the only one who makes it a priority and it’s very important!!
I think that being fully vegan is the best choice regarding animals, and I think many will agree here. We do live in a mostly omnivore world, so to be vegan isn't as easy. I think that as long as we are doing our best it's awesome. Sometimes people don't have the budget or health to be "fully" vegan(mental or physical) and it's fine. I understand your struggle well. I am trying to be as vegan as I can, but sometimes it's kinda hard in the society we live in and in the country I live. I think that vegans sharing their struggles regarding food is very important for new vegans. I think veganism should welcome more flexibility regarding honey and eggs for example, or maybe we should use the word "plant-based" rather than vegan.:) I'm happy that u are taking care of yourself and listening to your body, and even when consuming animal derived products you strive to get them as ethical as possible. And yes ,veganism can sometimes trigger EDs, so it's important to be understanding and indulgent with yourself. U are a beautiful human, Cheyenne, and if eggs is the thing that helps u battle your ED don't blame yourself, you are doing ur best. This is important. It's not crucial to be "perfect", it's crucial to do your best. Sending lots of love.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
i love how you are transparent about your veganism change even if you feel guilty. I think only buying eggs from local and free range farms is the right choice. I still love you and will watch your videos :)
@@EnyaKellermann uhm no, you’re not healthier than a strict vegan only because you eat eggs? no hate, you can eat whatever you want to eat but your comment sounds like a typical anti-vegan comment that’s based on stereotypes to me
hi Cheyenne! a great way to remove kiwi skin is to cut the kiwi horizontally and use a spoon to scoop the flesh out! it's effective and wastes no flesh
my doctors/ therapist said i have to reintroduce egg (i come from a place of an ED) and i’ve been really nervous too!! thank you so much, you’ve helped me finally reintroduce them :)
I just wanna let you know that it's normal and okhey for you to feel guilty. But I also wanna let you know that you made the right decision! After all,our first priority should be ourselves and our health! We shouldn't be too harsh with ourselves, especially when we are in our recovery journey!I hope you listen to your body😉!!! You're such an inspiration. Love ya💞
I’ve had to go gluten free because of having a chronic inflammatory condition that flares with it. I only originally went vegan rather than veggie because of having to give up dairy for the same reason. I’ve been getting really desperate about maintaining gf and vegan, so seeing you have egg actually makes me feel so reassured! Thank you helping me to just do me and not be afraid to do what works for me 💖
Love love your explanation for why you eat eggs!!! If you need it, you need it! I’m the same for local red meat, aka my friend gets an elk, I need iron and crave it
Anytime you can talk to a beekeeper about their process is great! Most local honey producers are very passionate about the bees’ welfare, so the more direct contact you can have with the seller about their process, the better (:
everything looked amazing💕💕.. just cut the kiwi in half hun and scoop it out with a spoon.. I miss the gym here in Canada everything’s still all closed..😔😔 Btw how are u feeling since incorporating eggs back into ur diet hun, did u notice any changes??
@@CheyenneHayden yes! At least here in Chile we do that hahha there's people that don't like the skin and peel it , not cherry tomatos just the regular ones :)
Being a vegan can be very hard- and although it could be considered a form of discipline as well as saving animals, some people can’t abstain from eating meat or eggs. It’s okay if you aren’t vegan, because not everyone can do it. I love animals, but I am not a vegan. Instead, I support people who want to save them as much or more than I do. ❤️
Unfortunately there is no way to ethically source eggs. 😞 Chickens suffer when their eggs are repeatedly taken and are killed once they no longer produce eggs. This happens at every farm, local or not.
Hi! If you linked some scientifically-based sources i'd be more likely to trust that my free-range chickens that we don't kill and that spend their days digging and running in our 400m² garden are psychologically suffering.
I don't eat eggs, but what you are saying is most likely not happening in small community farms or village chickens, many people keep chickens as pets and just take the eggs(either bc they are unfertilized or bc they can't sustain more animals) when they lay them without forcing mass production on them
@plants4passions V she was vegan for years and she just had some eggs from her local farm bc she didn’t want to trigger her Ed, we are humans and she definitely doesn’t support animal exploitation
@plants4passions V I believe she is aware of the place her eggs come from, she said that she got them from a local small farm which she saw the chickens living good, and that makes a huge difference if we compare them to factory farming which is terrible, also I will repeat that we are humans and definitely doesn’t want to hurt any animals, if you think that you don’t know her at all
i love the little mirror talk about the human body 💞💞💞💞 we need more people like u

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate you covering people's faces during that gym part ❤️! It's really not something you see often in vlogs.
hahahha it took a weirdly long amount of time, so I’m glad the effort was noticed 😅😂❤️
would love to see more content on mental health / intuitive eating / recovery from ED!
100% noted!!! 💗
about the kiwi:
I always cut them in half and then scoop out the inside with a spoon
so just like an avocado :)
I really love your approach to food. It has helped me with my own relationship with cravings!
Giiirl talk about protein as much as you want!!! 💕
Hi, we cut the kiwi into two and use a spoon to scoop out the fruit. Hope this helps. Love from India
thank you!!!
Either scoop the kiwi with a spoon or just leave the skin on if it’s organic 😄
Thank you for being honest about consuming ethical eggs. No shame ! Eggcellent video!!!
I’m so glad that I just found your channel!
Literally anything you post I love ❤️❤️you look so good btw 🥺
perfect video for a study break😍

Love just eat the skin of the kiwi cutting of the top and bottom 😉 you Will get use to the mouth feeling and ats a little crunch
Absolutely in love with how you view food♥️♥️
I personally use a veggie peeler on my kiwis 😅 i have done the spoon method as well, they both work great! (:
5:58 booty poppin got me 😂😂😂😂😂
There are tons of local honey stands in my area. Is there anything I should keep in mind to find one that is ethical?

Love your vlog!!

I love you

Me: 🗣 girl if you don’t scoop that kiwi with a spoon. 🥝 LOL! (I’m kidding it’s all love) 🥰💚🌻☮️

Appreciate you advocating for both double masking and protein hahah
woooooo another beautiful and inspiring video

@@CheyenneHayden amazing..💕💕

I’ve seen ppl scoop it....kinda like an avocado 😊
💗💗
Part of the journey is listening to your body with love. I throw no shade because of an egg. LOL
Spoon out the kiwi! It does waste any of the kiwi and it's quicker
U look so shine ✨❣️ love u
i use the potato peeler to peel kiwi lmao
You’re so beautiful 😌✨🌈😩🧚
I think oatmeal is always out bc of the new Starbucks drink 🙄
A sunny side up egg is the only thing I've craved since being vegan. Lol If I ever get pet chickens I'll start eating eggs again.
just peel the kiwi as a tomato lol :)
you can peel a tomato??? I’ve never done that ahahah. what would be the reason to do so??
