For the ruling of ancient and dual tamer, if you go over memory to evo on top of dual, you trigger the end of turn, ex. Kendo swing, evo up to ancientgarur, it see lobo given effect but it missed it chance to destroy it.
I just went and watched it. That's a different scenario and funnily enough does work exactly like Panda says. The difference there is you're already in End of Turn procedures when you warp into the Ancient. So it doesn't "see" End of Turn procedures start to ever trigger. Kind of a cool interaction.
I do see at a point that this is familiar to X-Anti‘s dont seeing when attacking effects when they would evolve usinh bt9 x-antibody option, since the trigger condition/timing already ocured. But with end of turn procedures this kind of seems flawed to me. But I guess I‘m a yugi player at base and we do have an „end phase“ there.
I appreciate the answer fellas! Thank you. I use BT17 Aguni to evo into Ancientgrey by having a green or blue tamer on board (Zoe/Tommy), then use the option to go into Susan then I use the end of turn effect to swing. But as Sean said it’s irrelevant haha.
How do you guys feel about highlander format in digimon for it’s December special rules event? Your personal picks for decks? My locals has picked it up recently and I’ve been enjoying Wargrey Tribal for its accessibility to protection. Angels/yellow in general also seems cool with all the Aces you have access to.
Just played the Latam Regionals yesterday, lost to Takemika and Imperial. I went expecting Purple Hybrid faced none. On a side note, the champion was playing takemika, went undefeated and got the legendary Serial Omni number 69.
Soo apparently you can do bt18 Takuya & Koji (end of turn effect) with bt17 BurningGreymon got to Agunimon, warp to ancient and finish the attack and it bypasses the end of turn deletion. I thought it was pretty could found that out last week
Turkey over ham. I'm excited for the LM set if only for the dual-color boosts and Ruin Mode reprint. One SEC per box kind of sucks though, especially with Quantumon being under $10 right now. I would have hoped they learned from Resurgence Booster to put in at least 2 per box for a reprint set.
I like ham so much more than turkey. also you do not have to attack to warp into ancientgreymon with the bt17 boys. that is just usually how it is done.
also jade memory boost is clearly meant for examon :copium: and sistermon blanc was used in some demon lord decks too, pitch to draw 2 worked well for the deck just to cycle a bit
I only mentioned Nume because it's something I'm interested in, and I'd noticed literally nobody else cared when the topic came up. I was on the nume train before it was cool (was it cool?). Anyway, losing the Ukkos and the X really hurt, because it made Monzae X worse (fewer bodies), and without Monzae X it's hard to get over the big guys efficiently. I see the deck doing stuff in Japan sometimes but nobody cares to put up a deck list so I have no idea what they're doing. I know I can't seem to get it to function very well so I'm hoping for some sort of support soon. The starter deck ShinMonzae is nice but it needs a bit more love. A new Nume X that floats into other level 4s or 5s with nume in text would be great.
