One thing you might've mentioned is- what is Frank thinking about, checking the little box to make court mandatory in an attempt at retaliation against the driver for wanting to read the ticket, when old Frank there is on the Brady List, & can't actually testify in court?
Or am I confused, or missing something here? That is- being on the Brady List, shouldn't Frank be hoping that as many of the victims of his traffic stops as possible choose to just plea guilty & pay their fines by mail/online/etc., rather than show up to court, seeing as how Frank can't testify as he's a proven liar?
After all, as we've all seen, no matter how incessant a liar any particular cop is- how many times the testimony they've given in court, &/or the "facts" they've recorded & sworn to in their reports are clearly & undeniably proven to be lies & perjury by the existence of accompanying video evidence to the contrary of their words, it's _still_ apparently a rare & difficult thing in most cases to get a cop added to that list, yet here good old Frank is on it, & deemed unreliable.
So isn't it the case that if his traffic stop victims show up to court dates then their tickets are dismissed??

His approach both times says all you need to know about just how ‘respectful and humble” he truly is.
I'm genuinely starting to believe that a lot of cops use their job as an excuse to talk to people how they wish they could in everyday life. The casual disrespect and damn near immediate condescension gives off the impression that a lot of these guys have pent up frustration that a badge allows them to take out on random citizens. Reminds me of the way you can usually get an accurate read on the type of person someone is based on how they treat waiting staff or retail workers.

The psychological testing they put cops through isn't to protect the public. It's to select the petty vindictive narcissists who get off exerting their will on others. Same with how they literally won't hire someone if they are too smart.
On a similar front the famous Reid technique was developed by a guy who used his technique to get a false confession out of a man who it turned out didn't murder his own wife. The Reid technique is still taught and used today by police. Sadly it's also used by the mental health industry to get patients to talk. He went on to a career in mental health being just as much of a self absorbed jackass. It's no wonder the mental health industry in this country is a joke. Our streets full of homeless proof of our continuing insanity.
Cops know what they are doing. They won't admit it publicly but they know.
Those are domestic abusers. They treat people in their home like that too, and, yes, a majority of cops are that way.

Thanks for watching and posting. I’m the lawful traveler that was seized. It’s been 3.5 years and I’m still disputing the citations. They have provided false reports in discovery. Said the stop lasted 5 minutes, but the video is 22 minutes.

With a stop like that when the driver beats the case the cop should be charged with contempt of court.
They should be jailed for life. The societal consequences of those tasked with upholding the law, breaking it, is worse than the actions of 1,000 murderers. It erodes the social contract.

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, policing isn't all that dangerous. Certainly not in the top ten. Timber harvesting, commercial fishing, ranching, farming, taxi cab driver... all way more dangerous, but they don't have that Blue Line gang mentality. Even among municipal workers, garbage collection is more dangerous than policing. The Thin Gray Line, risking their lives to clean up our city.
Pizza drivers are not allowed guns to defend themselves with either.

Apparently such is becoming endemic in the USA's 'always DIRTY' cops. Offering 100:1 odds that the city of Aurora derives a majority of its operating budget (opportnistic profit) from its PD.

Pulled over for a violation that the cop committed, not the citizen. Then it's because you came from a house that shootings happen (not illegal). That's like saying I stopped you because you came from a bank that's been robbed in the past. Then threatens him because he won't answer his questions. You can never win an argument with a narcissistic cop on the side of the road. It's even counter intuitive to keep arguing. Get them to lie and don't call them out on it. Then they are stuck with the lie on video and in their reports.
Say something like you are sure you saw me run the stop sign and not signal? They'll repeat the lies and say there's no way they were mistaken.
Then let your lawyer call them out when in court if you want to fight it. Winning the roadside argument is no win at all. There's no punishment in getting them to admit something. Just smile and know in the end if you are willing to push it you can hurt the cop.

You swear to juries that everything you say is accurate but here you swore under penalty of perjury my client didn't stop when the video clearly shows otherwise. Do you have any mental illness that makes you see things that didn't really happen? How do we know this doesn't happen in other cases about more important things? Is your vision so bad you couldn't tell a vehicle right in front of you was stopped?
No, well then we're left to assume you lied because my client dared to resist your illegal stop and you thought you were going to teach him a lesson.

I usually don’t comment on grammar, but the “comma” always sits before the quotations. Quotes close out a sentence. 😊
They always want to charge you with "resisting arrest" and "obstruction of justice" or "disorderly conduct" or "failure to ID" but what did they do to get those charges to begin with because they weren't charged with anything else but those things.
Don't talk to pigs. NEVER. But if you are decided to talk tell him, write the ticket, and make sure you show up in Court.

Aurora Colorado PD has been a serious problem for years. Why they are still allowed to treat people this way is a mystery. They should be under constant DOJ review. OMG. This was an illegal stop.

It’s been done…don’t remember where or when. It was before I found all these audit channels. It’s called Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (18 USC 241,242 if I recall correctly). If the cops are using their position to illegally steal your freedom, you can kill them legally. Will everyone win their case, I don’t know, but someone did. Also, it is punishable by death

It “appears” this officer is harassing the driver while the other officer “intimidates” the driver. Sue these officers for harassment and false reporting. It’s all on video.

I've had cops do that EXACT same lean. I remember one time I was a passenger, and there is a cop inches away from my face just like this guy, mad dogging the whole time, starts shining a flashlight dead in my eyes so I finally go "is there a problem?". And he gets all aggressive(more so) signals to his partner, partner stops what he's doing and says "what's going on?", "he wants to know if there's a problem", now both are shining lights in my eyes mad dogging me, "is there one....?". So I go "I guess not..". Experience was extremely demeaning, I was only 17 or so and it still pops into my head now and again and enrages me. What I'd give to have caught those cops without their badges. Cell phone cameras weren't really a thing back then, so there was nothing I could do besides take it, or get me and friend arrested and towed and we were too poor for that ordeal. Just being in a traffic stop in America is a demeaning, and belittling experience, because we let our cops act like this for so long.

I love how police officers want to go in to a dangerous career then blame the people they come in to contact with for being in danger no you are in danger because YOU CHOSE A DANGEROUS CAREER. These officers definitely do not need to be in law enforcement, they are not in this career to help they only want to destroy lives and hurt people. They need their law enforcement license revoked and never returned.

This cop needs to be fired and never be in a position of authority.
You must always politely say this statement to cops when they ask you questions, "I invoke the 5th and I don't answer any question". You can ask the cops question but you don't have to answer any. Don't let them prolong the traffic stop longer than it takes to write a ticket or warning.
This cop is someone we all need to pray never makes it home! It will be a fantastic day if that happens!

I have 3 dash cams in my vehicle. I dont even argue when stopped. I sign my ticket then win in court.
The video shows that the silver SUV stopped for nearly 3 seconds at the stop sign. It's a short time but they did come to a full stop. This officer is either lying or extremely unobservant both of which should disqualify him from being an officer.
I love it when the traveler takes charge and the cop is obeying him.

When a cop makes a statement about recent events or crimes that occur in a particular area. Informed him that you will make a FOIA request to verify his claim. Always record the police.
