Chicken and rice is one of the most common dishes here in Puerto Rico. It is one of my favorites. Your skills of combining chicken and rice are absolutely awesome. today I saw again Super catching wild healthy chickens and preparing rice with good ingredients adding and I start to recognise some children and I thing they really lucky that they are raised in such beautiful surroundings and they look to me happy and friendly..so I will say something like the cowboys HI.. Hai..hi Hai Super ..I wish I was passing through in that place and somehow talking to Super and ask him if I can stay with him couple days and have his delicious meals with paying of course but I got that feeling he is a man of honour and he will refuse to except mony from and of course I will volunteer gladly to help him to prepare the meals and what ever he ask ....take care Super
