@@ZEROBRICKS Pass, was hoping for some friendly info rather than spend hours setting up something to test a feature that has always been disappointing before as gearboxes always fall apart on load or break parts, not risking my parts or my time for something with no indication whether or not it has practical application. Thanks for being a dick about it.
@@user-ep8ns6hg4q Sorry, but I forgot it's almost 2022 where everyone is entitled to everything without actually putting in the effort and trying something themselves - aka instant gratification. And if you don't have the time or patience to build such a simple model, than I don't think this is a right hobby for you.
Okay, let's try again. Regarding the load, I tested it with an M motor in all gears and it can easily hold until the motor is talled in any gear. Because I have no idea what motors/loads you will use, I suggest you build it yourself and try....
I would think up until the point where the clutch mechanisms give up, if you support the gearing correctly that is. It may be possible that you see some give in either of the differentials or possibly the gearing between the two because they are pretty far between supports.
You are back☺
Hey ZeroBricks. That's a fantastic and very clever design - I really like it. Might try using for my next project! 🙃
Thank you for the compliment, hope it will turn out useful!
