I have found david son of jesse who will do all my will acts 13:22....there is already the one who will do all his will...you are...all points to you..
There is no "me" and "him"; there's only one consciousness that doesn't have freewill.

I listened to sat yoga yesterday on the way to work. For the whole day I felt God in me and around me..I also had a lightness and felt very relaxed...this man's words are so clear and powerful, covering every outlet the ego produces.

Very beautiful. Thank you 🙏🏼 I just want to add that words can only describe information, and as a baby you don’t need words to experience reality fully. Words actually tie us down to whatever words we use to describe reality. Calling a fish a fish ties us down from seeing a fish as a pet, a meal, or a painting. Words are actually just getting in the way of experiencing reality fully 💙❤️
Words also can tie us down into seeing other animals as mere commodities, resources, as 'our' properties, instead of individuals who value their own life; and this greatly helps us exploiting them day, after day, without even inquiring into it. Ideas and beliefs about them make it easy for us to disregard them 🍀
words or language me thinks has a profound effect because of its limitations, for example western cultures tend to learn logic because we try to find the best explanation, yet some Eastern cultures even the wording is a piece of art,whilst rather than spell it as it is (or seems),tend to focus more on expression unless its one of lifes beauties we've not created word or labels to express,why the need to dissect and take the greatness outa it?.i myself am guilty of doing this,yet i set out on my day handing ut over,and ask for guidance, all the best we'll get there,x

What the self is .. is pure awareness. Consciousness that has nothing to do with the body or with action. The illusion is the projection into the body, and the knotting of consciousness with language that creates the illusion of being a doer. You are free of troubles unless you cork them, as the man who takes on the sense of any doing. Why carry any burdens, they don't belong. Everything is being held up and sustained by the ordainer, who created it and will destroy it. You can't do anything anyway. Karma is an illusion, unless you believe you are the doer.

Excellent advanced teaching! I think that the feeling of free will is necessary, at least in the ego state, but transcending the ego may very well be a realization of not being separate and instead being the whole doing of reality.
@@TechnologistLive I think of consciousness as a feedback of experience as reality itself. For example a toaster can't experience (as far as I know) the beauty of a sunset. So consciousness is essential and not something unnecessary as some scientists may believe.
@@TechnologistLive I think of consciousness as the infinite being aware of the finite representation of itself. And then it becomes tricky to define purpose and things like that, since the infinite is already everything. The "purpose" of consciousness is to make reality to happen.
@@TechnologistLive You are in reality now. This is it! Or more seriously, Leo Gura has a good definition of Truth vs truth. The Truth is simply direct awareness of reality now. So Truth includes relative notions such as true vs false.

If a contractor assigned to the electrical specifications and structural integrity of a giant office tower should be blessed in his or her incarnation with this spiritual attitude - "it is not my fault, it is the Higher Power" - should we be concerned? Hopefully they would still perform their duties with the same skill and integrity we would expect of such a person....
Or perhaps should we not be taking on the human toll of such perilous activities at all? All down by the river in tents, chanting and praying?

Nearly ALL teachings are confirmed by the Holy Qur'an -
- to know God, one must know oneself.
- God resides within the heart of man.
- surrender the ego to the will of God (prostration in prayers )
- subdue the mind below the heart
(Again prostration in prayer)
- be nothing to 'see' God .
- physical world is but an illusion.
- God is love, peace & truth.
- HIGHEST station is to become pure love
- 'Oneness of God & all creation' = single consciousness.
All confirmed in the Holy Quran.

Simply beautiful and using words to help us see the craft and trap around them.
I've learnt to be good at words, thinking it's for better expression and connection, and became an overthinker- obviously stressed and still feeling the disconnect and somewhere aware that I'm trapped. Few things helped but only now I can understand the restlessness, insecurity and effort to connect, relate, but with a heaviness, burden,... had to be. Lately, allowing slowness rather than overwhelm and impulsiveness, it emerges that suitable path and direction has been missing, or resisted. But you masterfully reveal so much.... and light and flow seem possible. Thank you 😊

It somehow doesn't sit right with me. It takes away responsibility for our actions. Or have I missed something?
These kind of philosophies are basically a form of rest. Which is necessary when learning how to challenge yourself. The problem is the rest component is presented as the entire answer when it should be learning how to rest and how to engage with the problem appropriately.
I don't think you're missing anything. These spiritual perspectives have a massive blind spot regarding accountability and have become a trap in these communities.
