Make sure your milk is fresh for frothing! It can make a big difference even quite a few days before the expiration date! I just got a Creatista Uno and made some of the same drinks with fresh milk and I had more foam than you had with yours.
Really good video, for this price it’s an ideal machine. The drinks all looked tasty and easy to follow. I picked up a tip though, I will put a jug under my Creatista Pro wand to save the drip tray from getting too messy, thank you that’s a brilliant idea. Do you think you will keep this machine though? 😀
Thanks, it surprised me too and at £200 with the offers it’s a good buy at that. Don’t think it’ll be my day to day machine but will have to keep hold of it for now for comparison videos I think 😅
Yeah we just find it a lot easier to rinse the cup out each time rather than having to clean out the full drip tray after just a few uses. It still has to be cleaned because of the coffee drips but just less often. As Cheekster777 said, it also stops it splashing on the front edge too. I replaced my drip tray recently on the Creatista Pro as noticed a little bit of damage and wondered if it was related to that, or whether I'm just a bit heavy handed with the jug 😅 I'll have to update on that in a few months.
Weighing up this against the magimix citiz with aeroccino 3.. which one would you recommend getting? We're not coffee connoisseurs but like a good cappuccino and latte!
Difficult question but on balance I think I'd choose the Creatista Uno (and I'm a huge fan of the citiz!) The steam wand creates a lovely textured milk froth for both cappuccino and latte and also can make a hotter milk if you want it. The steam wand and milk jug are also much quicker and easier to clean than the aeroccino 3 or 4. The only con is if the steam wand breaks over time then you have to replace the full machine rather than just the frother for the aeroccino and citiz. Think the decider will be price and noticed the Uno is currently on offer on Amazon so perhaps that will make the decision a little easier. Would be great to hear what you decide 😊
It is compatible with pretty much all Original style compatible pods you can find in supermarkets or online. I say ‘pretty much’ as some may just be poor quality ones. It won’t take Vertuo capsules though! Hope this helps 👍🏼
Just ordered a creatista because of you. Have a vertuo just now and while I enjoy the espresso I originally bought it for the longer coffees which I’ve found I don’t enjoy as much! Send help….

I prefer the OriginalLine World Explorations lungo pods to a lot of the longer Vertuo coffees myself, so not sure what to suggest to make the Vertuo taste better 😅. It’s amazing! I’ve fallen in love with toffee nut lattes! Can’t seem to get a pod that’s strong enough for a long black/Americano yet but tried a few lungos and honestly I must prefer it to the vertuo machine, glad I switched!

Latte milk looked odd, didn’t seem very well combined compared to other drinks, weird. UNO does seem to make nice espresso shots, visually speaking...have you noticed them being any better?
Have to admit I did remember thinking it made a nice espresso but need to use it a bit more still. Really want for get hold of a Creatista Plus again now to compare them all together 😅
I prefer the uno for the simplicity, I press two buttons and my morning coffee is ready.

Interesting to see you using a cup under the steam wand when it purges after steaming for the flat white. Is that to keep the drip tray clean?
Yes, to prevent splashes going all over the drip tray and the front edge of the machine.

What are your favourite world ones? I tried to order Columbia I think but it wasn’t in stock!
The only down side is that we have no control of the steam wand ...

Depends what the Uno is priced at I suppose but I do really like the Plus if it’s not too much more expensive.
