"Out of shape" doesnt always mean appearance. You can lose a lot of stamina, strength, stability, and flexibility in a short amount of time and still look good outwardly with genetics, or a decent diet (or surgery)

To me, it feels really intimite, but you are probably way more used to this amount of physical contact. I love how you are able to achieve so much with all these small steps and tips and exercises!
