About us:
We're Jack & Megan, and in late 2020 we sold our belongings and packed our lives into our 2005 Toyota Troop Carrier to travel Australia. Our original plan was to complete a full lap of Australia and return home to Perth to resume our 'normal' lives. We decided we wanted to document our lap for the future and began sharing weekly travel vlogs of our life on the road and fell in love vlogging, filmmaking and sharing our lives with you. We completed our first lap and couldn't imagine living any other way so we decided to continue travelling and calling the Troopy home. We have gone on some crazy adventures since then and it is all thanks to you tuning in to join us every week.
You two certainly weren't the only ones that were crying as the Troopy drove away! 🥲

This is whats so special about cars. People dont realize that they are more than just machines and a tool to get us from A to B. They are a lot more than that. You guys created something truly special and I am so happy for you guys. Cant wait to see whats next for you both.

I only stumbled onto your cahnnel about six months ago. I know how much the Troopy means to you. My old HZ105 has taken me everywhere in Oz, and has done over 610k, and there's more to come. There's no way my old girl is going anywhere without me. I love your films, and even as an "old dog", I've learnt a few tricks. All the best with your new adventures.

12 months ago I sold a ‘94 GQ Patrol after having it for 19 years. We took our 2 children around Aus in 2004 in it and now we have upgraded to a brand new Hilux for our next adventure. You’ll have so much fun in your next chapter and I can’t wait to tag along on the ‘tube and Insta.

Just got back from travelling in Aus to NZ a couple of days ago. Travelled 10,965km over 9 weeks in our Troopy and just starting to catch up on videos I haven’t seen. Just watched this one and it was sad to see your Troopy go.

Thanks for taking us along for the ride, it has been a great adventure. I'm sure the Troopy will have a great life with the new owner. I do understand how you were feeling, my Triton that I have had from new for over 13 years is off to a new home this Tuesday. It has been a labor of love setting it up as capable tourer and taken us some great places. I will miss the trusty Tri as much as you will the Troopy, but the great memories will last. New adventures await us all. Good luck with the next chapter of your journey.

Absolutely brilliant! Still the best channel on UA-cam. Brought back so many emotions when we sold our BT50 and Trayon camper. But life goes on and is even more exciting. And yes you have moved on since that very first episode. Loved every one of them. Looking forward to the next season episodes.

As a car lover I am I can honestly say I know that emotional feeling when you lose control. I too cried and smiled and laughed and cried again seeing the troopy drive off. I wouldn't of had the courage or knowledge if it wasn't for me watching your travels. I also had the best time of my life, seeing that troopy go was also really sad to see

Watched this at a roadside stop near Ciaguna, nearing the end of 3 months on the road. A number of the places visited were a result of watching your travels. Some parts of the journey approach were inspired by watching your approach. The visual feast full of creativity and professionalism provided each week was inspiring.
