also noticed this npc has an accent different from the vanilla game's npcs, i dont know enough about accents to name it though ("peepehl" and "wership")

If you're talking about the chest I opened, it was a fool trap chest that set me on fire. The traps are something that were added in the randomizer mod and not in the vanilla game.
