Gardening in-between the rain showers

Spring is here but we have had so much rain and work has been busy. I feel like I am so far behind with the gardening. Today I did the tidying up and got a few plants out in the beds. Plans for the spaces are coming together and I know once the tiny seeds get going the garden will be full again.

It’s never ending work these days isn’t it. We are coming into our cold months now and we finally got a wee bit of rain. Oh I keep forgetting to pot up my baby strawberry 🍓 runners. Oh sorry the cats are being buggers we have a neighborhood cat that occasionally comes nd just poops on the grass 😱. Doing a fab job Julie have a great weekend, Ali 🌦️🇨🇦

You have a great weekend too Ali, I am surprised how far behind I am this year from other years, but being out of the house for 60 hours a week is not helping. Hopefully the plants will do their thing as the days get warmer and catch up. The seasoned gardeners here typically don't plant out till the end of October. And in my first season all my tomatoes did get frosted and I had to start again
