Nice to see a family day out. Great video with RT. Dunkeswell is like a lot of ground to air airfields, not always someone sitting at the desk but always a friendly pilot to give you the prevailing runway.

I must have done this trip by road hundreds of times - I have family from the Fareham/Hayling area and also about 2 miles from Dunkeswell - but your way looks a lot more fun than driving! East Devon is lovely but must look even better from a small aircraft. Hope you enjoyed your visit and will return.

It’s dunkeswell radio you need to make the calls to, sometimes there’s not someone right next to the radio in the building as they may be refuelling somebody or on the phone. Depends on how many staff are there

Hi George, Great VLOG the family seemed to enjoy it , some nice views of the countryside. Did you have Camera's Front and Back? and are there any extras required apart from sim card. Great to be able to Fly off and get away fro traffic. Take care

Thanks Marilyn! Yes, 2 cameras inside and extra footage from iPhone. I’ve got an audio cable which allows audio recording & ATC transmissions but otherwise, it’s just GoPros with SD cards and mounts. All the best, George
