Well done build, a lot of builds in this game really rely on one small detail on an aspect, best example is the no cool down for poison trap. I didn’t even think to use that with concealment
Bought the game on Saturday and went straight for rogue. I’ve watched a couple of build videos since then and obviously it’s a bit overwhelming as a new player, and although those videos were good, this one definitely speaks more to what I envisioned a rogue to be with the skills when I opt’d for the class. I’ll definitely be using this whilst building out my rogue now. Great video man!

@@ColdBwoyy I've watched it probably 4 times. The more I play the game, the more I understand all that you're talking about. Out of curiosity, do you recall how (and at what level) you found the Infiltrator's Aspect?
How about using Preparation instead of combo points and replaces the basic skill with Poison/Shadow imbuement ? That would allow to have Rain of arrows more often and the glyph Exploit can replace the basic skill for Energy regeneration.
This is the closest build I’ve seen in relation to my full cold ranger build I’ve been running since early access, well done currently in t4 running 34+ nm dungeons lv 75 headed to 80 having no issues
There are a lot of good guides out there and i prefer watching guides from people who reached lvl 100 to see how great the build is at the end. But this guys is really good at explaining everything and making it very clear how the build works.
I feel like you are missing a few key things to make this a “smash your head against the keyboard and win” build. I’m the same level as you have have WAY higher dmg stats. I think part of your issue is gear not being optimized and splitting your board focus a little too much. You focus a lot on getting vulnerable from multiple things when a simple Glyph could fix that and allow you to focus on more dmg over spreading yourself to unnecessary parts of the board/skills. Still a nice job overall if u can complete the content you want without dying all the time 😁👍
Nice video. I like it. The only thing I’m doing differently is I found a Crossbow with 90% chance for rapid fire to split and hit other mobs. So I’m building around that.
@@ColdBwoyy yes sir. I want to go to ice but I’m too afraid I’ll miss my huge penetration arrow explorations. So I’ve been saving gear I find that have an ice build stats on it. Maybe one day I’ll pull the trigger.
I tried many setups for rouge, but this is one of the best!! You realy need some aspects for it but hard setup.. and need good player to timing the spells..I learned it and im good with it! THX.
I am only level 40 but I am running a similar build and having a blast. I just have a couple of differences. I switch out embuements for caltrops. Get the chill on caltrops and it is not only a great way to jump out of danger but it chills the enemies. I usually lay down a poison trap then caltrop out of the way chilling and poisoning the enemies, then blast with rapid fire. I also use dark shroud instead of rain but that is only because I am still exploring the map and I love the speed boost. I will probably modify this as I level more. Really at low levels you only need puncture, rapid fire, caltops, and poison trap to kill everything. then add conceilment and more skills as you level. I found just max out rapid fire and poison traps before adding anything else. sometimes it seems it is better to max out damage from a couple of skills instead of having a lot of skills with only 1 or 2 points in it. at least for lower levels.
I would Love to see this in a builder where I can actually see the point layout. Looks very nice. I've never seen that poison trap Aspect, gonna have to search for that one for my Rogue. So hard to find a good "ranger" like build that feels fun.

Sepcialisation: Combo Points Basic: Punkture 4/5 Core: Flurry (7/5) Agility: Dash or Shadow Step (4/5) Subterfuge: Smoke Grenade (4/5) Imbument: Poison (1/5) Ulti: Death Trap Now some explaination, people might ask, how can you have Flurry on 7, thats because of my items, they give me +2 on Flurry, +3 on Shadow Step and +3 on Smoke Grenade, also, why did I invest 4 points in the basic attack, because I'm doing it a lot and fast because of the attackspeed buffs I have. Playstyle is simple, you go in with dash or Shadow Step, (throw your grenade, or with right legendary it is already thrown), throw 3 basic attacks (one enemy will get vulnerabel), then flurry (legendary flurry aspect of cause, everybody around you will be vulnerable and stunned) and even if I get hit, I heal so much through syponing strikes, I don't even need any potions... you mix in poison imbument to weaken or death trap to gather up your enemies... Downside is, if you get stunned, you are dead very quickly. It's a bit of a Glasscanon. Hi! Nice video, I've tried this build my self and I'm having this problem: After I cast the concealment spell, I'm not able to place the 4 traps in a row like it's being showed in the video. I've made the enhancements on each category as suggested but still unable to do so, any idea or this have been removed out of the game? I've been playing with the rogue for less then a month
still trying to learn the best order to use the skills in for different situations. Such as mob amount, who to focus, best way to lay traps and simply just order of skill use when being swarmed like the duriel fight
I start every combo by entering concealment. From there I stack as many poison traps as I can on top of enemies and unleash rain of arrows. When my ultimate is on cooldown I imbue my arrows with ice and play off of the traps.
34% crit chance has an [x] next to it so I think it just increases crit chance bonus by 1/3 more, so 10% crit chance becomes 13%. at least from what I could tell from stat summary, kind of disappointing.

Hi coldbwoyy, can you tell me exactly how to use this build in a fight. What is the combination order i must use in a fight? And also how do you put down multiple poison traps at once, as i can only put one down? Thanks
You have 4/5 points in Rapid Fire, the fifth is coming from item contribution. This can't be intentional, right? Also, Rapid Fire is the only core skill that can sustain itself. The only reason you'd need a basic skill is if you're going for combo points, which this built isn't. The exploit rune should be noted here, as it gives you a guaranteed vulnerable on each enemy hit for the first time, which helps with RF's sustain. EDIT: Nevermind on my second remark, this is with combo points. I'm not familiar with the smaller UI elements and didn't see them at first.
@@ColdBwoyy thanks for swift response. I use that aspect for armor buff on my chest, hopefully that’ll suffice. And damage reduction on pants. I would def hunt for that rainbow aspect for the ultimate. Def gonna try this build looks hella fun.
(UPDATE)= Your build planner is maxed at 58 and its missing all 3 points for Rain of Arrows. Im curious where you have 3 less points in your live game? what did you sacrifice? so i have been looking for a build like this, had something close but i still need a few of the aspects. I followed your skill tree and i seem to be missing points somewhere. From the video, i end up needing 61 points, so somwhere im using too 3 too many. So for now i took the 3 out of poison trap because i didnt know where to get them from without hindering the build. ill go over the build you laid out point by point and see if im missing something Basic Skills 3pts Core Skills 7pts Agility skills 6pts Subterfuge skills 19pts Imbuement skills 13pts Ultimate Skills 12pts Key Passive 1pt so all that equals 61pts where am i using too many points? Help me man! lol maybe i missed something in the video.
The build has Concealment 4/5 listed. Remove that down to 1/5 and there are your 3 points for the Rain of Arrows. That's what I think happened, anyway.

@@arkz7509 i jump in and aoe stun with flurry and 1 shot non elites then one shot elites with rapid fire, this is nm 45+ at lvl 88-90 and i will clear 50+ easily asweöl
I like this built….i‘m also playing rapid Fire Build…..but where i can get the Aspekt to set more traps instantly?
As someone at 25 rogue on a hardcore run looking to get ever more awesome, there were some great tips here!! But is cold really that good? I found it underwhelming and messing with shadow seemed way more fun. Just checking
So the Word of Hakan amulet is goated with this build, giving all imbuements to rain of arrows
cool build got a build guild like on d4builds, or Icy Veins?
You will need the aspect to do so! 👉🏼 20:32
Let's go you always come through !
Thanks for being here 🙏💯
It would be better if we saw a static picture of the skills and such, super frustrating when the tool tip blocks half of the important information.
Have you looked at the Diablo Build Planner link that’s pinned at the top of the comments section?
@ColdBwoyy I have not, I did not see it at all. Thank you for pointing it out, I rarely use youtube.
still trying to learn the best order to use the skills in for different situations.
Rouge is realy fun but...my Problem is when i get stun and have no CD ready 🥴 feels like sometimes mage is more tanky cause more oh shit Button...
This build is 🔥 but I need the rest of the paragon board. Update video please 🙏
so what lvl you reach ? we want to see some progress
I’m currently level 75 and the build is amazing! Made a lot of changes but I think you guys will enjoy it 🔥 I’ll be dropping my updated version within the next couple of days
@@ColdBwoyy waiting to see the update curious what armor u using atm 61 lvl so far the build it`s pretty strong famring solo in W4 today i find my ancenstral bow but wanna see what you doing
Could you please make a D4 planner for the build?
Hi coldbwoyy, can you tell me exactly how to use this build in a fight. What is the combination order i must use in a fight? And also how do you put down multiple poison traps at once, as i can only put one down? Thanks
Can you upload the build somewhere for us to follow on some of the build sites? Thanks in advance.
This video came out a month ago before the vulnerability Nerf. How does it work now?
It’s still really good 👍🏻
@@ColdBwoyy no changes as far as malignant hearts or aspects or anything?
Are these aspects you got in dungeons?
Is it possible to see what you are up to in the paragon tree at the moment?
You have 4/5 points in Rapid Fire, the fifth is coming from item contribution. This can't be intentional, right?
Also, Rapid Fire is the only core skill that can sustain itself. The only reason you'd need a basic skill is if you're going for combo points, which this built isn't. The exploit rune should be noted here, as it gives you a guaranteed vulnerable on each enemy hit for the first time, which helps with RF's sustain.
EDIT: Nevermind on my second remark, this is with combo points. I'm not familiar with the smaller UI elements and didn't see them at first.
I like this, how squishy are we in this?
It’s manageable. Decent amount of aspects to help with survivability.
@@ColdBwoyy thanks for swift response. I use that aspect for armor buff on my chest, hopefully that’ll suffice. And damage reduction on pants. I would def hunt for that rainbow aspect for the ultimate. Def gonna try this build looks hella fun.
Hello i live in France….
How have you Many poison strap in the same Time ?
Is it with you Armor ?
I like it. I am gonna try
Let me know how you like it 💯
Im new so how do you manage to keep your aspects up when your gear upgrades like every 10min isn’t it expensive to slot your gear everytime
When’s the final product coming
(UPDATE)= Your build planner is maxed at 58 and its missing all 3 points for Rain of Arrows. Im curious where you have 3 less points in your live game? what did you sacrifice?
so i have been looking for a build like this, had something close but i still need a few of the aspects. I followed your skill tree and i seem to be missing points somewhere. From the video, i end up needing 61 points, so somwhere im using too 3 too many. So for now i took the 3 out of poison trap because i didnt know where to get them from without hindering the build.
ill go over the build you laid out point by point and see if im missing something
Basic Skills 3pts
Core Skills 7pts
Agility skills 6pts
Subterfuge skills 19pts
Imbuement skills 13pts
Ultimate Skills 12pts
Key Passive 1pt
so all that equals 61pts where am i using too many points?
Help me man! lol maybe i missed something in the video.
The build has Concealment 4/5 listed. Remove that down to 1/5 and there are your 3 points for the Rain of Arrows. That's what I think happened, anyway.
I was thinking the same thing but the OP won't fix the D4planner to show his live build. Thank you though, I appreciate the help.
Ty u explain very well, even for nub like me
Thank you for watching 🙏
Rain of Arrows don't have cooldowns?
Paragon Tree what should i do after ? im lost after lol
Hi, are you planning to make an End game as well?
thanks!
Definitely 👍🏻 just hit level 70 last night
@@ColdBwoyy awesome! Looking forward💪
It’s really awesome build!
I've been playing it for a week and I'm killing it! Good job man!
@@ColdBwoyyshow is where you are at 70(ish) bud. Would love to see what you’ve upgraded, changed or found other synergies. Some of us have similar builds and are curios
@@charlesbratton8170 AOE is important in end game so I switched to shadow damage and more agility skills. The synergy is nuts! Can’t wait for you guys to check it out 💯
also in the d4 builder you dont have rain of arrow but in the video you have it ?
I may need to fix that thanks for letting me know!
I am trying to copy your build but I am having a hard time finding the Infiltrator's Aspect that allow you put more than one trap at a time. Could you please provide a suggestion or guide on acquiring that aspect?
I wish there was a specific place to get it but unfortunately it’s just RNG
@@ColdBwoyy I finally got it! I luckily acquired the aspect on a dagger via Purveyor of Curiosities.
@@ScoreWithVince nice! how are u liking it so far?
@@ColdBwoyy I am loving the damage so far as a level 61. However, I am modifying the build as I opt for the Poison Imbuement instead of the Freeze so that I can get even more damage. The other change I am still trying to figure out is to gain unlimited Rapid Fire through stacking the stats on Vulnerability - which I got the idea from Fextralife's YT video on the Rogue Bow Build.
Bud the death trap twisting blades is the best rogue build by far I solo'd all the content for wt3 and currently I'm level 75 doing around level 40 NM dungeons meaning the mobs are around 82 to 85
Very nice 👍🏻
Not everyone wants to run the same exact build. He is giving people different options.
There is no BEST build, it depends on how you want to play. If you know your class well enough, you can clear anything with decent speed. This is a very fun build.
Work it at Word Tier IV ? And ist this build Postet at maxroll or any other Site?
Is it possible to drop 8 poison traps with Preparation instead of Combo Points?
Conceal, 4 traps, imbue, ult, conceal, 4 traps
Yes, prep deathtrap poison build was super fun.
Can you please put the build in a list where points go please I can’t keep up
How are you placing 4 poison traps at one time? I can only put down one before the cooldown starts
You need the infiltrator aspect on your build
Hi, so I have an issue. I attempted using the Concealment and set the Poison Traps up to 4 times but, now it only allows me to set one and my invisibility is broken. Suggestions???
Can this build be viable for pvp???
Have the same build except frost traps and different basic attack.
There’s no frost traps?
Nice 👍🏻
@DyingMixTape Caltrops i mean. They do a chill effect.
How the hell do you get the multiple traps at the same time, I have to wait like 10 seconds between traps?
20:32 👍🏻
@@ColdBwoyy oh shit, I think i have that aspect, gonna give it a shot when I get home
@coldbwoyy thanks man, juat added it, gonna take a bit to get used to it
Any build update on paragon board?

How do you drop so many traps. I can only drop one at a time.
How can u put 4 poison trap? My skill is lvl 5 and i just can put 1. I dont know what hapend.
You need the infiltrator aspect to drop more traps
@@ColdBwoyy thx man
Am sorry, I must have missed a part.
How are you dropping 4 traps at once? I have max trap and I can only drop 1 with a 10s CD.
The Infiltrator Aspect. Poison traps no longer activate or break stealth when entering concealment. So you can stack all 4.
@@ColdBwoyy I gotta find this now! Ty!
@@ColdBwoyy Is this aspect only found on gear? I can not find it in the Codex of Power
Your build planner link doesnt work 😢
Try it now
Hi. How do you use more then 1 poison trap without CD?
Hi, how i can make more poison traps activated?
Why isn't the infiltrator aspect in the codex of power? I don't see it
I don’t believe it’s in the codex. It can only be found on gear.
@@ColdBwoyy gotcha
would the ice unique boots be good for this build?
Yes, If u have them.
Your D4Planner is maxed at 58 points and you don't have the 3 Rain of Arrows options checked. Where are you removing 3 points to add Rain of Arrows?
The points may fluctuate a bit depending on my gear and stats. Everytime I put on stronger gear pieces my stats will change until I min max during endgame
I completely agree with constantly adjusting as you level, but go click your planner you linked, the most powerful skill, Rain of Arrows, doesn't exist, you used up 58 points and forgot you needed 3 for the ultimate.
Is there a d4planner link, that I missed?
How do you set down multiple traps at once?
With the aspect, you'll have to find it on a piece of gear.
