#ClassicalMusic #Piano #LangLang
Like always, So beautifully played... I'm a beginner pianist, and at that level, I really wish to play this precious classical piece one day. In fact, I want to become like Lang Lang. I want to spread the love of music around the world!!! My destine is that!!!
He looks so at peace when he plays. Beautifully play Lang Lang.
This is the piece of classical music I'm currently learning how to play.
I like Lang Lang’s interpretation - tempo, dynamic and colors - of this piece, more so than that of Ritchter’s or Gould’s. I’m actually using his as my inspiration when I practice this piece.
Wunderschön 👏❤️🙏
So beautifully done! Simple and rich!
Meraviglia, bravissimo 🤭🎹🎼
Stunning, as we have come to expect from our Maestro!
It’s on the 50 vids, so again, feeling such emotion in a simple piece, and watching you, awesome!
It is a person who plays a wonderful tone, but it seems that the old people resonated in my heart.
Beautiful performance! Bravo 🙌🏼
I played this recording for my father at his death bed. Thank you.
Beautiful
Love this music..
sublime
Lang Lang is still young but great pianist. Very sensitive, very romantic , very emotional, deep profound feeling . Listening he plays Fur Elise, you know right away.
merci beaucoup
Bravo LANG LANG.
It's now my favorite piece to play. So soothing. 🙂
Wow good job
Certifié intergalactique !
i am 12 and i can do that i am proud of me
Bravoooo Maestro 👏👏🎹🎹 thanks for sharing 😘🎶
Nobody have a problem with the sound of this video ? at 1:30 (and of course before and after) lot of clipping !! how it is possible ?
I have a sound issue at 1:30 as well
Belissima música!!
Magnifique pièce et interprétation.
I like how he pours his heart and being into his music. He makes the music feel… alive
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful i love
Finally he also played Bach!!
Love you Lang Lang!
These pieces were not composed for the piano, but for the cembalo or the clavichord. But this prelude seems so Romantic that many play it like a Chopin's prelude. Don't know what Bach would say but I think he would appreciate the possibilites of expresion the modern piano can give to his "studies". But should we use the pedal or not? That's something I always wonder when I play this prelude. Is it fair to play it with a "Romantic" style, full of expresion or should we play it in a "flat" style? I'm afraid this is very subjective... But I prefer using the pedal, it blends the arpeggios in one block...
Lang Lang the pianist playing on the Long Long piano
Its like ringtone samsung gt p1000,avemaria
And it's playable. Great. I play it on piano.
This piece is very well interpreted! 🎼🎹
Anyone else getting distortion on this clip? It needs to be re-posted at a proper sound level as it is overdriven. Love the performance.

Those are better uploads and they sound epic. I felt the same way about this video 😆
@@hidan125 thanks really appreciated feels the same one for me too.
This is authentic Chinese.
He ain’t no ccp chump.
Ultra talented Lang Lang. my favorite pianist and teacher of current times.

lovely
I love him play Bach.
Lindo de mais parabéns
Different from S.Richter or A. Schiff but so nice. Thanks Lang lang to play as is and share this beautiful piece by JS.Bach.
very good!!!
👌
Can someone explain me how he makes that sound ?? He doesn't use pedal or what ? I'm playing this song trying to sounds same but can't !
Rafael, he is only using the pedal when he plays the parts with his left hand.
870th like lol
I'm an adult beginner currently learning this piece so would appreciate the help. I've seen a lot of people play a mordent near the end of the piece but i haven't found one in the sheet music. Could someone explain why it is played so?
frosty the snowman follow ur feeling
standard interpretation. Bach didn't write out the ornaments as it was assumed to the player at that time knew what and where they were to be played. good question!
@@conpappas5446 thank you sir. Really appreciate the help
Just the same. Me too
Milwaukee bucks
elton john meets........one can hardly think of anything worse........but the Prelude survives
Café Bagdad
When you don’t know what musical period the song was composed in,
I mean he do be playin it like a romantic piece
I think its called a piece or composition?
I am inclined to agree with you. Everyone plays Bach like the Chopin specialists they are
He plays it faster than me, but he also plays a longer version. I just mastered the beginners version. which is exactly the same for the first half and mine ends. I’ve been playing it slower. Got lots of love on my FB page though. ✌🏻
its clipping guys
After listening to Seymour Bernstein discus this piece (ua-cam.com/video/8jvOyhAe6dg/v-deo.htmlsi=LXFg1OLVE-VtDMPW) I can hear the beautiful nuance in his rendition. Fabulous.
bang bang bang - no
In the prelude the semi-quaver on the beat should be separated from the other 3. The melody is on the 2nd semi-quaver leading from the 4th beat to the first. This removes the repeating arpeggios within the bar. A further melody can be highlighted on the 4th beat. This helps establish F in bar 33 for the dramatic return to C in bar 34. This brings the final bars into line with the rest of the piece.
4th semi-quaver not beat.
I don't understand what did you say, can you explain me how he made that's sweet song? He doesn't use pedal ???
Sometimes it´s possible to put much too much impression and inspiration or interpretation into this music. But well, it sounds very romantic and full of emotions.... a Lang Lang.
clipping
Needs more cowbells.
This piece looks simple - but each note in the arpeggios needs to be separated for the same amount of time - not easy - not even Lang Lang does this.
That's called playing like a robot, go listen to a MIDI file, not even in percussion perfect timing is desirable
Way too much pedal. No reason for it makes it sound like a Chopin prelude
that's what his idiots of fans love, so..
duckisfaction yeah true
@@duckisfaction So people who don't share your own particular music tastes are idiots? I see.
I bet you also start your speeches by saying 'back in my day'...
this is one of the most famous pianist for the moment. Only 16 458 vues. I guess this shows how much people don't like him...
you badly want to be famous, unfortunately, your lack of gift just wouldn't let it happen, feel deeply sorry for you. But please admit existence of music genius like lang lang, as the other noble world conductors and orchestra do. thank you
Aww, looks like someone's bitter!
This video now has 93K views. Another Lang Lang video of the same piece has 70K views, and yet another has 270K views.
why is he wearing sneakers?
Why not ?
you can do what you want when you are god level at something
@@slappy5204 mankini?
Would love to know why he thinks the second note in the left hand is so important.
So, you do believe he is capable of thinking :)
Just being optimistic...
LOL because it's all part of an arpeggio chord . Lang Lang fans are dumb but sometimes the haters takes the cake .
Boris being part of an arpeggiated chord still does not give its second note any special status, other than changing the harmony when its first note constitutes a pedal point. It will be naturally evident, there is no need to accent it...
@@davidcblock I don't think the piece is Bach when played as repeated arpeggios. I think the melody is on the 2nd semi-quaver with another melody in canon on the 4th. The melody leads from the 4th beat to the 1st, all of which makes sense of the final bars and more.
Unfortunately Lang Lang doesn't seem to be a good match with Bach's, although Bach's works are quite open to diverse interpretations. It feels like Lang Lang himself composed this piece of music, not Bach.
Too staccato in places for me! 👎
I don't like the empty notes he plays... other versions are better
cause you worth nothing
Feng Tao yeah true you should praise Lang Lang for his amazing talent
He looks so at peace when he plays. Beautifully play Lang Lang.
This is the piece of classical music I'm currently learning how to play.
It is so great that a famous pianist wants to perform pieces like this, so beginners would really feel encouraged and accomplished when they finally master and enjoy a piece like this.
