Hi Theresa. Yes I do have a suggestion. Ask everyone to send in a baby photo of themselves. At the beginning of a conference call either share your screen or send in an email a photo of one team member and everyone has to guess who it is. You can do this over a few meetings. Easy and fun.

We also know the people in past weren’t perfect either. I have been working in silo easing since I was a freshmen in college at IUP… it’s just a part of me… but there’s lots of people and parts. The unrealized anger and neuro diversity and varied diversity is decent. I’m grateful to many, and the concept of just never agreeing or always being the foil or just seeking without any common seeking…. Requires some dangerous compartmentalization. The value folks place on their hurt and anger is sadly fascinating.
really like the idea of the debrief - something so many activities and trainings lack - How did the winners win and why did the others not do as well?. Thank you for this video
