My thinking
Thank u sir. Sir please make a video on extra tropical cyclone mujhe samajh me bilkul nahi aa raha sir please help.
Sirr plss add a video on extratropical cyclone
Sir you said that in equitorial region because of high temperature low pressure occurs but now you are saying that the temp is proportional to the pressure i am confused sir
@@shivasiddharth833 it's gaylussac's law where pressure is directly proportional to the absolute temperature
not a upsc cse student, i'm currently in class 11 humanities and i was upset about lack of internet resources for humanities student. but having found your channel im more than delighted! such easy explanations!!
Same
me too
Can you plz give geo notes ?....

I find it very easy to understand each and everything now. Thanks a ton for the free lectures.
No quality video could be done for geography greater than this, Thank you so much sir for making such a quality lectures for free☺️✌️

I was looking for this comment.. Nice
Thanks
You missed some beautiful points in page 93 regarding the melting of snow, it took me 30 mins to decipher what the author is saying, why are geography NCERT books are so complex
Yes.. it's too complex
@harshvardhan hi can u pls explain it if u have understood?
Yes plz explain it
@@aswathyvijayakumar7737 "Another type of warm wind occurs on the leeward side --------------------------------------------------------------------------- melt the snow in a short time". means
There is also a type of warm wind which occurs in Mountains when moisture containing winds travels up in the wind facing side of mountains, Reaching at the high point (due to low temperature) they condense and precipitate leaving the moisture in the wind facing side. While when they cross the mountain they become dry. On the leeward side of the mountain, they descend and gets warm(When the air parcel or wind descend due to increase in atmospheric pressure the air parcel compress and gets warm this process is called the adiabatic process.) This warm air causes the snow in the leeward side of the mountain to melt.
Geography section of ncert is highly conceptual and technical and requires lots of efforts to read between the line
Sir you have made these Complex topics as simple as possible......

I am really thankful to you for your wonderful explanation, Sir. Geography has become so much easier.
Very Helpful video sir. Thank you for your effort.
Sir I think there is inverse relationship between temperature and pressure
Pressure decreases with height because of scarcity of air at higher altitude
Even I was confused because of this.I also think there is an inverse relationship between temperature and pressure. I think cold air sinks creating high pressure meanwhile warm air rises creating low pressure.Sir, kindly help us to clarify
Since the number of air molecules above a surface decreases with height, pressure likewise decreases with height. Most of the atmosphere's molecules are held close to the earth's surface by gravity. Because of this, air pressure decreases rapidly at first, then more slowly at higher levels.
Very helpful and the additional video... Clears the concept with an ease. Thank you so much for your effort. 🤗🤗🤗
Excellently explained sir thanks a ton
A Big thank you , sir , what a quality of explanation u have , unmatchable skills

Thank you sir....ur explaination is awesome 👍
Your videos make us to learn geography very very easy way.Very good video.
Very helpful. Thank you.
Thanks very much for your efforts.
Sir, on earth surface, temperature and pressure are inversely proportional, if one increases, then the other decreases. Eg. High temperature during summers, led to low pressure_as the air get warmed up & rises.
And, altitude-wise, temp. & pressure are directly proportional.
With due respect, I found your statement confusing, as they are not always directly proportional. That's why, want to clear my doubt.
But sir, you are doing a great job. Thank you so much for such informative videos.
US10 same doubt. I’m very confused.
I also have a same doubt sir plzz help us to make it clear
"In the earths atmosphere, pressure, which is related to the number of molecules per unit volume, decreases exponentially with altitude. Thus, if a parcel of air from the surface rises (because of wind flowing up the side of a mountain, for example), it undergoes an expansion, from higher to lower pressure. When you allow air to expand, it cools. This phenomenon is familiar to everyone--stick your finger on the valve of a car tire, and let some air escape. It is not cool inside the tire, but as the air comes out it expands and thus cools." explained by Paul Shepson, professor of atmospheric chemistry at Purdue University's School of Science
@@nayandeori2143 Yes that is correct. But due to expansion, the pressure decreases. Actually, with increase in altitude/height the temperature decreases, so, the atmospheric pressure also decreases, and the air expands due to lower pressure over it.
Pressure and temp are directly proportional to each other
Trust me! I found nothing so far so satisfying & time worthy. Thank You 🙏🏻
Very helpful...

Thank you sir your lecture is good to understand
Thank u sir so much
There is an inverse relationship between pressure and temperature... So how can temp decrease with pressure decrease
When we say a gas exerts pressure, then we are implying the gas molecules are hitting the walls of the container. The velocity of gas molecules increases on increasing the temperature. How? Imagine a corn jumps on heating and becomes pop corn. Now, consider the gas molecules with high velocity as vehicles on roads with high speeds...there are more chances of collisions 😬because there is randomness in the gas molecules. As the no. Of Collisions increased, the pressure will increase. If you need technical back up for the explanation then follow the gas rules of chemistry PV =nRT.
There is no inverse relationship check your formula....its Directly proportional....pv=nrt
@@sangpriyagautam1658
Hey, Could you please clear this for me?🥺
If pressure is proportional to temperature then the cooler areas such as polar regions should have less pressure but that's not the condition there.. How & Why?
I have the same doubt
Awesome sir, I have no word really excellent teaching style
Thank you so much Sir..
great videos...really helpfull....pls upload remaining 1
Very helpful sir and explained very well thank u

Love you Brother....U r such an awzome
Undoubtedly , your lectures are extremely knowledgeable and insightful and thank you for the trick to remember those technical words like "Katabatic sounds something cool and dense like ice" since they're high density winds.
Btw , you literallyyyy have soothing , restful and calm voice. :") Please keep doing the good. work
God , I thought it was only me who noticed that husk in his voice 😍😍
