I actually prefer an electric pressure washer since I use it mostly to clean small engine equipment. I had a second one given to me that wasn’t working but has wheels and internal hose and electric cord reels with windup handles so I’m looking forward to getting that one running again and using it because the biggest hassle to me was always the hose and the cord.
Unbelievable, after cleaning my carb at least 5 times to be sure I changed the spark plug and Bam! It’s running right. It would start and then stop when I put it under a load. Faulty spark plug. Thanks for this vid.
Thanks for the vid! Simple sometimes works, like they say, when you hear hoofbeats, think horses not zebras, lol
...or unicorns!
Well what do you know, one man's trash was another man's treasure. 🤷🏿♂️🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
I had the same thing happen to a Briggs powered generator! Now I always keep a spare plug.
I've experienced this scenario 2 or 3 times before. Now I know what to do before digging too deep and pulling my hair out!

Was the porcelain cracked on the plug?
I don't recall any visible damage to the spark plug....
That was a good fix . The engine even stopped surging after you ran it for a while !!
THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO

Good job. Glad you're back up and running again!
I have never seen that before where the spark plug decides it doesn't want to work anymore after it heats up. That's a new one for me
Here's a video of the same problem....a 5-minute fix where I wasted two hours tearing into the carburetor....ua-cam.com/video/SSj6D30BJ7s/v-deo.html
