What a delightful person Shelina is. She's a joy to watch and her skills are endless. Great technique! She oozes such confidence. Can't believe this was way back in 2012!
They all have brilliant careers ahead of them and as its 12 years ago would really love to know what they are doing now. As I said before, you 3 are all exceptional winners, you should be so very proud of yourselves.

What 3 fantastic chefs. Just incredibly stunning plates of food both in presentation and obviously taste as the judges reactions showed. I was happy for Shelina (such a beautiful young woman) as she thoroughly deserved to win in every way, and the other two could have won easily too. Tremendous effort and hope their dreams- or have already- come true.
