Glad this video was helpful! Thank you so much for visiting!! Just so you know, I will be demonstrating every Monday at 8pm ET. I would love to have you join me!!
pinwheels just take me back to end of year, before summer vacation, when the nuns who were avid crafters would help us make pinwheels on a dowel to take home for the summer... so cute , thanks for the warm fuzzy memories!!
Awesome Kathy!! Have fun making your Pinwheel card! Thanks for visiting this video!! Just so you know I am now live on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Monday, and the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 8pm ET.
Lisa, you have blown my mind on this technique!! I love it! I totally thought it was 2 larger squares you intricately cut slits into... thanks for the inspiration of the day! I'll definitely be playing with this tonight!! See you next month!! :)
My friends and I tried this a few years ago with no instructions! Boy, did we do it the hard way!! ha Now I know that I will try again! Thanks for clearing that up!
Well, thank you, Becky, but it is easy. The great thing about UA-cam is that you can begin and stop and restart the video whenever you'd like so you can follow along. Thanks for watching!
I viewed your video and I couldn't wait to try the Pinwheel Technique. It came out beautiful, but not as precise as yours. I will get better with the next one. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful technique. I love it!
Thank you so much Eve and for visiting this video!! Just so you know I do a new live UA-cam video on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Monday, and the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 8pm ET.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: I just realized I FAILED to tell you an important thing about these finished samples. I cut the base cardstock 2 5/8"x 2 5/8" as outlined in the video BUT I mounted them AGAIN on another piece measuring 2 3/4" x 2 3/4". If you don't want to double mount them, cut the base 2 3/4"x 2 3/4". I am so sorry!
Lisa Curcio I have just watched your video. Beautiful technique. so easily explained. I did notice your sample was double mounted. Thank you for adding the notes on how to do this 😊 Merry Christmas!
I am glad I ran across your video. I was following instructions for the pinwheel from a different source. I was having problems putting the pinwheel together. Now I know that the dimensions they gave for the two bases were wrong.
