Let the dough rest for 15-20 mins. Then roll the dough. Apply butter on top of rolled dough and fold it. Keep it refrigerated for 20 mins or so. Then bring it back from refrigerator. Repeat the process like the way puff pastry is made. Cut the with a cookie cutter n fry it on a skillet.. N you are done

Sir, how is warqi parantha different from laccha parantha? Both seem to be the same. Just the difference in ingredients. This has milk and sugar. Laccha parantha can be made without these two ingredients. Essentially, they are the same, no?
Refined Flour is all purpose flour Shortening : Add butter gluten strands in refined flour are shortened by adding butter . After kneading the flour. Repeat folding , layering butter and sprinkling dry flour and refrigerate it. Repeat process three times. Now flatten bread and slice in round shaped cutter. Bake it on stove . Its paper thin paratha.
