I usually like more modern, but this is such a beautiful home. The millwork, ceiling, and cabinets are on point. Love the floor to ceiling big windows to open the living space up

Textured walls are common along the entire west coast. They are super annoying to paint and to patch. It’s sad that a smooth wall is now known as “level 4” when it used to be the standard. I guess you can forget about hand troweled plaster. There just isn’t much actual craftsmanship unless you go custom with a small builder.
