Why though? I mean I get the stress that comes with it and I know teenage brain is more sensitive to negative experiences than the adult's but seriously, if anyone's rude or hateful towards you only due to your being trans or part of the LGBT, they're just bad and vile people who at the end of the day, don't know you or your loved ones, your address or phone number, etc. So there is no reason to be worried about them throwing their meltdowns and tantrums. And surely their opinions matter even less than themselves as long as they don't make you lose your voice. And please do keep in mind that unlike what many people claiming that all people are gray and not entirely bad, bad people always seem to come in full packages so the LGBTphobes are always misogynistic too and most of them are fanatics and !ncels and rednecks as well with serious terror!st tendencies and a large number of those are in fact child abusers and animal abusers too. So, is a human-looking infested pile of crap like that, one that you think has opinions or ways of thinking that you want to give value to enough to upset you or enough to change your beliefs??? I really hope the answer to that question is no. Worst and most hopeless situations are when the victims don't fight back and let the abusers and wastes of oxygens always get their ways and be the only voices heard.

    • @Allfivefingers

As a bi transgirl myself, I cant say for every situation, but I generally always get more respectful comments from cis girls. Even dating, they're not ashamed to be seen with me in public even tho I don't (at least don't think I do, but sometimes depending on the person I do 🤷🏼‍♀️) pass. On dating apps they've always been respectful, nice, compliment me, are very friendly, etc.
I got misgendered by 3 dudes at a bar and later that night got a cis girls number who I talked to and vibed with for like 2 hours.
Tho it's not always that way, another time I was out I had a cis girl call me a slur as I walked past her and then started threatening and yelling at me that she was gonna [redacted] me up. She eventually got kicked out of the bar tho so 🤷🏼‍♀️
But overall I've had nothing but good experiences. If I'm getting coffee from Starbucks they compliment my hair, nails, or makeup which catches me by surprise and I think is really nice. Whereas men usually wanna hookup but are afraid of people finding out. But me and my exes who were cis girls never had a problem going on dates or to the park getting food, etc.

@4:47 I recently watched some of your videos and came across these social experiments. Honestly, I think people wouldn't be able to tell you're transgender until you told them. Maybe it's because you're Swedish, but you seriously look like an elf princess from LOTR. Also, many beautiful people (women and men) have an adrogynous look to them. The most strikingly beautiful movie stars, many could pass for the opposite gender if they presented themselves as such. Objectively speaking, physically you're very beautiful and people would not expect you to be transgender unless you told them. I can understand why rejection would be a sensitive issue in a situation like yours. Prejudice, phobia, and hatred is a hard burden to bear. But it's also important to remember that when you are going off just looks, there's always people who will reject you. Sometimes people reject others for reasons that are completely personal like they are reminded of an ex or something like that. Anyway, just something to keep in mind. You have very interesting and educational videos. And I think your content/channel is a very good way to normalize and educate the larger society on transgender identity.

The audacity of some people oh my god. What the fuck? He was vibing with you until you said you were trans and then all the sudden he said fuck you? Wtf? It’s definitely been ingrained in him to dislike people that aren’t just like him
    :(
I’m sorry you had to deal with that

Why do you put yourself through that. It's not necessary. If I run a poll like that of myself with women online, I would have a ton of them that would react the same. There are a million people who might not like you. However, life is too short to focus on that. You are very beautiful trans or cis measurements of beauty and charm put you in a very high category both inside and outside. As parting thought and an objective one, you are a trophy babe. So you know.

I wonder if people mistake the words transgender and transvestite and think it is the same thing? crazy how two totally different situations have such similar names? I would not think twice dating a transgender person as they are who they are, where a transvestite is not so much what you see is what you get and could be surprised when you become intimate?

What I love about Martin Luther King Jr.'s work was that he taught us not to return hate with hate, but to try to put ourselves in the person's shoes, just as we'd like them to try to put themselves in our shoes. Compassion is what heals ignorance and hatred.

This was a brave thing to do! I was really worried about how this would turn out, but in the end most of the guys were actually quite nice. Only one person was nasty, and the second guy was a bit weird. I'm not familiar with the app, but I expect that most of the guys that go on it are generally of a certain type. I'm not sure what that type would be, but I don't imagine it is a representative cross-section of the overall population. Anyway, the video was good, but I found it a bit too hard to watch at times, so I'm not sure I want any more videos like this.
