Wow, this is definitely one of the most interesting videos. I’ve seen on UA-cam fascinating. Just fascinating. I thought there was no gravity in space incredible.
I think it makes sense to go quick over the human part because our life on earth is such a small part in the age of the universe, like when the guy said, life itself makes up like 000000000000000000001% of all time. absolutely mindboggling XD
time on earth compare to the time of the whole universe, Life only exists for .000000000000000000001% of the whole universe life time, the rest are un-lifeable for life
During the black dwarf part you describe time dilation correctly, but be aware it would take a more massive object (pretty much exclusively a black hole, not even neutron stars are chonky enough) to create the level of dilation you describe.
Also, when the female physiscist is describing you “hearing the sound” of gravitational waves, I believe she means that at that proximity, the literal flesh of your eardrums would jiggle as the gravitational waves pass through you. Currently, we only detect such waves by watching very carefully as a precise laser beam jiggles a teensy bit over a distance of miles as waves from distant events like this pass through it (this is what LIGO does). You may have one such wave passing through you as you read this.
I just learnt that Helen Keller became blind and deaf as a baby (she was ill with something, maybe measles?). She learnt to speak by placing her hand on someone's mouth and throat, to feel the vibrations. "Everything has its wonders, even darkness and silence..." now I understand the double meaning
Total space fan too man, was my achilles heel in school haha and part of what attracted me to star wars AND star trek. Gravity warps space-time so yes the denser the gravity well, the stronger the force and the slower time goes relative to time on Earth. To them you would be frozen in time but to you they would be flying by at insane time speed.
15:49 What he is saying here is that on the scale of the Universes lifetime. Life is only possible for a tiny fraction of the universes existence because the universe will never end in the current scientific model of the universe thanks to dark energy.
Relativity tells us that time is affected by your relative speed. It the density of an object nor the gravity felt by that density. You would age differently from people because of the speed you would travel away from Earth and then back. Time would be experienced at different rates respectively. But the density doesn’t affect it from my understanding.
if it was a star, the difference in age would be negligible. you would be imperceptively younger compared to those you left on earth. if you want to time travel to the future you need to go either really really fast or get near a black hole for a while. then depending on relativity factors like time dilation you might have aged a few days whereas the earth has gone through a hundred years.
I have just set up a new Patreon for those who would like to support me making my content!:) Massive thank you to everyone

The banging of space time is just an artists representation. The real sound is not so dramatic lol

20:41 that’s actually 158 octodecillion years (158,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years)
What's even madder is that every animal on our planet experiences time perception differently.
And the water bears are just chilling all these years
Water bears aint immortal
@@TheSunsettingtokillyoul0l i know but they almost indestructible though (also don't mind me responding this fast on my 1 year comment)
Nice reaction. Such a trippy video
one last time isn't meant to be literal. it's a dramatization of the last light to ever be created in the universe.
29:59 When you mix beauty and sadness together.
Higher density does not mean slower time. Higher gravity does. At least according to relativity.
But higher density and mass means higher gravity
this video highlights why being immortal would suck massively.

Sure it is
i can't wait for that to happen
21:49 is the moment the time reaches 1 vigentillion years(1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years)
This video affects my Personality And My Felling
watching L3WG experience an existential crisis 😂
LMAOO
The universe will never end. Life as we know it, will end.

I just subscribed to your channel and love your reactions! I hope you react to MelodySheep's Life Beyond series! It's just as mind blowing!
thank you, and 100% i need to check it out
32:12 Existential dread setting in
The reason I don't watch this video every night, but damn, still a masterpiece.
So many great quotes
i really like this reaction
thank you!

love this reaction to this video
thank you glad you enjoyed!
Nice REACTIOM
thank you!!:)
These people say the universe is 15 billion years old, but they know trillions of trillions of years in the future? I’m not convinced
Neil DeGrasse Tyson is full of hot air. I still liked the video though
Nice reaction 👍
