Gurudev, people are afraid to look suffering in the face. Mental illness, physical illness, disability, misfortune, emotional and physical pain or stress... people try hard to avoid acknowledging it. In others and in themselves. I do it too. But maybe not as much as many who have the luxury to not understand the depth of suffering that is my every day experience. If i smile, they are so enthusiastic to look me in the eye and interact with me. If i seem upset or unwell, they seem hesitant to approach, let alone to look me in the eyes. It's very lonely. But now i understand why it happens.
Gurudev always comes up with such deep and profound knowledge. Now I can say Deep Sleep is the secret of my energy. Meditation works on sleep as well wow 👌
