    So nicely explained, that deep sleep of few hrs is akin to 20-30 minutes of meditation.
    Meditation energizes our system as the deep sleep gives us morning freshness.

    Fully agree with Guru Dev ji yes we can enjoy deep sleep only high power Meditation using Sudarshan Kriya yoga Meditation daily and long Sudarshan Kriya yoga Meditation two times in week under Guidance of Guru Dev ji or teacher authorised to provide such Yoga

    Gurudev, people are afraid to look suffering in the face. Mental illness, physical illness, disability, misfortune, emotional and physical pain or stress... people try hard to avoid acknowledging it. In others and in themselves. I do it too. But maybe not as much as many who have the luxury to not understand the depth of suffering that is my every day experience. If i smile, they are so enthusiastic to look me in the eye and interact with me. If i seem upset or unwell, they seem hesitant to approach, let alone to look me in the eyes. It's very lonely. But now i understand why it happens.
