    those are some good results, interested to see how it trends. I like your honesty in why you let yourself go over the last year, most people try make some excuse to justify it.
    I am doing OMAD and not seeing results like yours so I guess my body is so stubborn it still doesn't even like the amount of calories I am putting in for that 1 meal which I must say I find deeply upsetting since it is still controlled and clean food.. I might consider ADF but I think it would have to be 1 meal every 2 days type thing. I find it easier for me to stuff myself in 1 meal than it is to eat more frequently which seems to trigger off bad habits of over consuming.

      Thank you for your nice comment. I really struggled with OMAD as I can easily go crazy within the one meal and then you have to wait again for another day to eat. I hope you manage to work it out. You could try 2 ADF days and mix it up with OMAD. Keep on keeping on & thank you again for your support. 🎉☺️
