@@jayanthntt8595 I just did it😭 it pained not that much cuz I was unconscious then I woke up with my mouth feeling soar doctor gave me cold water and it felt good but now I'm feeling thirsty everytime so my mother put lemonade in a jug and I can't move cuz I can get fever in this hot weather🤕

I have had tonsils for almost 3-4 yrs and have been struggling with cough, cold and sore throat had many checkup but the doctor said no need of surgery but i can't take it any more so is it safe to get a surgery
Yes it's safe.
I got mine removed when I was 8
No need. All you need to do is exercise regularly, eat healthy and get enough sleep to improve your immune system. Always clean yourself and brush your teeth after eating something. I had mine removed 7 years ago and I still had sore throat and cold from time to time. I noticed no difference after the surgery. It went on for almost 5 years until I changed my habit that I told you above. With that habit I don’t usually get sick anymore as of now. I do regret that I didn’t listen to my doc and wasted money on surgery. Doc did inform me that it would be a waste of money to get them removed because I didn’t get constant pain with breathing and speaking but only sore throat and cold that happened every 2 or 3 months because of weak immune system and lack of hygiene and he said it was up to me to decide and he didn’t recommend that. At that time I had anxiety and phobia of cancer so I had them removed without telling him.

@@messys_vlogs One more thing. Don’t get your tonsils removed when you’re already an adult if you don’t wanna experience extreme pain. It’s more safe for children to remove tonsils but for adults it’s different and more dangerous because they perform different surgery for adults and children. My experience after the surgery was horrifying and very painful. I almost died from the removal. Had extreme pain, choke up in blood at midnight when sleeping from the bleed, couldn’t talk and breathe or eat properly for several days. I had the worst pain that I’d ever had in my life. This is the thing that I regret from the removal. My doc warned me about this but I didn’t listen. If you want to get them removed so bad choose the best hospital and surgeons. Some people died from a surgery because of bad surgeons. I assume you’re already an adult so I don’t recommend the removal unless you had constant pain with talking, eating or breathing because of tonsils. But from your comment it seems like it only gives you sore throat and cold from time to time so the best way to prevent it is improving your immune system and always keeping yourself clean with the advice that I told you.
@@messys_vlogsIf you’re already an adult don’t get them removed. For children it’s safe because the surgery performed on children is very different from the surgery performed on adults. I had horrifying and very painful experience after the surgery. I even almost died from it. That’s the thing I regret about it.
