    Not sure if I missed it, but what was the total cook time?

      Hello Kirk,
      This ham took about 2.5 hours @ around 325-350 degrees. However, it was 5.6 pounds... so cook time will vary depending on how large your ham is. That is why my actions were based on internal temperature points and not time.

      Yes. This method is called a double smoke ham because it has already been smoked once.
