Hmm. None of Scandinavian channels except for FilmNet did broadcast that much in 1989. TV3 which came in 1987/1988 was a full commercial tv channel but it started at 17.00 in weekdays, plus it had children only programs in weekends between 08.00 and 10.00 to compete with Sky Channel. They suceeded a bit... TV3 even took Sky Channel startup music as their startup and ending videos just giving it a very Scandinavian touch.
