Just a reminder, the reason dio barely used his vampire abilities in part 3 is because his vampirism abilities were nerfed overall (not just one side of his body) nerfed due to jonathan rejecting his constantly. After dio drinks Joseph's blood his body is finally complete meaning he should be able to use them anyways, but he favors using the world due to his arrogance and love for STANDO POWAH.
And though technically non-canon, in the JoJo novel DIO also said that he doesn't use most of his vampiric abilities anymore since they aren't that useful in a Stand battle.

however, during the greatest high his stats were still as strong as he was in part 1 (which is why he got a crazy regen and speed boost)

If DIO p3 has full control of his body that would mean he could use all of his vampirism abilities and have more satima which would allow him to spam his time stop making it longer by the second. Also with his vampire capabilities would be even more deadly.

Dio definitely had most of his part 1 abilities in part 3 considering he could still use space ripper stingy eyes as just a head with the main reason he didn’t use it in part 3 being because jotaro would easily just block this laser that moves in one direction and space ripper stingy eyes pushes out fluid from your body dio obviously wouldn’t wanna do that because he’s trying to collect more blood ( specifically joestar ) to get stronger so he wouldn’t want to shot out those fluids for a attack that doesn’t have a 100% chance of giving him a edge but you could argue he no longer has vaporizing freeze
DIO at his high end scaling is Multi-continental in AP with Infinite Speed. In ap, The World is on par with Star Platinum who is stated as the strongest and fastest stand in parts 4 and 6. This is important since in part 6, Weather Report is stated to be capable of destroying the ozone layer which is also stated would 'kill everyone'. Destroying the entire ozone layer is Multi-continental. He should also scale at least above mountain level since stands like the Sun and C-moon have been calced to that level. In speed, stands from part 5 like Notorious BIG are described with infinite speed and yet Star Platinum is still the fastest stand while it exists and Rohan Kishibe, a human, can write Manga during Pucci's time acceleration which approached infinity. Made in Heaven only blitzed Jotaro thanks to shortening timestop and becoming infinitely faster as the fight went on. DIO at his maximum highball should solo the verse, especially with abilities like instant freezing, stand phasing, regeneration, hypnosis and time stop.

Universal from the Swordsmen fighting and creating the Universe and FTL because of statements in the same video and other showings of beating Swordmaster. He also was roleplayed as Sekiro so you can scale that verse, and he also can create weapons like Dying Light. He can also detect a criminal from some dust being missing or a magazine stack being off-center, even pinpointing the exact details of the suspect. Caleb is kinda strong

Where do people get the “Jolyne deflecting meteors is 61 kilojoules!” thing from? I plugged a football sized meteor traveling at 40,000 m/s (maximum small meteor speed) into KE = 1/2 mV^2 got got like 13,120 Megajoules. That’s not even close to 1 Kiloton of tnt. It’s still impressive; that punch could pierce steel, turn a person into jelly, and could create a crater up to 15 ft across (Y’know, like the stuff we see jojo character do). People come up with some weird numbers in jojo power scaling (well, in all power scaling if we are being honest)

i recommend reading vigilantes, all might performed a crazy speed feat in the end that might make you reconsider your opinion on him being out-sped by dio

@@joegun4259 the sky egg is kinda like the space needle of mha, when it fell down all might was not only able to evacuate everyone in the aoe of the falling debris, but was also able to repair damage done to the town, on top of catch the egg just before impact
just keep in mind TW is MFTL+ or something like that, i had the scale but i lost. anyways, TW could easily stop these too
You also forgot to add that because of Dio's speed in his punches and the fact he can stop time he can stack damage up much faster than the likes of even prime all might meaning the nomus would actually get overwhelmed by the speed of those punches and also they can't physically harm the world but the world can just block all of their blows like they are nothing. And the durability also scales to jotaro aswell as he was able to take a hit from the world before however in Dio's high state he was absolutely crushed by it so you could argue that in his high state dio is also many times stronger than that of his base self.

I personally disagree with Sliver Charot being hundreds to thousands of times faster than light for a few reasons
1. Polonarff needed to use to complex plan to get Hangman to move in a predictable path
2. Polonarff said that it's impossible to move at the speed of light (Keep in mind he's saying this to his sister's killer)
3. If Sliver Charot was really that fast then Hangman would get blitzed
4. Light speed should be the limit of speed for stands (In my opinion)

Infact, it's shown consistently polneraffe is faster than hanged man as be can destroy mirrors before hanged man's attack could land on him (chapter 31)
You also gotta consider that polneraffe can only hurt him physically when he's out of a mirror, destroying hanged man in a mirror does nothing to him. Which is why they created a plan to lure him out. And the times he couldn't blitz him when he was traveling through mirrors is because they were near people and didn't want to hurt him by accident.

11 seconds is enough to win any 1v1, even against small groups, but he's not taking on hoardes of heroes all at once, especially with the top tier heroes that can actually deal enough damage to kill DIO
Not only he is too weak to damage upper tiers. But Nomu's will just regen.
@@Agent-57Dio has island lvl strength, he should deal some good damage, on a real lowball, he has like city lvl. The reason why ppl say he’s weak is bcz of range and travel speed, if he had insane range and travel speed, he can destroy an entire country in just a few minutes

@@somerandomdude827 1: both are almost interchangable, 2: fodder human jotaro survived an entire barrage from the world and jotaro was knocked out by a car so dio has wall level attack power, 3: cap new vampire dio is stronger than part 3 dio because he lost his vampire body so he has human level durability because only his head is vampire
Part 1 Dio can beat every character. You can't have it so Dio acts character in some circumstances and not like himself in others. Dio is a strategist and would create plans to take down his enemies instead of fighting on his own.
