The buff with the damage mitigation isnt like Paladins passive but instead it reduces every damage instance by 10k, thats why anila took 25k damage still and not 35k.

The skill Sacred Protection lowers incoming damage by 10k, it doesn't cap it to 10k.

Sacred Protection in light with Geisenborger is dumb. Sacred Protection with Geisenborger = 0 damage from shit like Skyfall, Archenemy, etc.

That mitigate damage cap at 10k is applicable for Mc only
And about Noblesse Proteges, that skill were take on all ally damage and the damage that you take
So like if you take on Skyfall that supposed to be give you like 99999 damage, it will only give you at 10k cap damage, and with Noblesse Proteges you will take another 30k damage from your ally that they supposed to take on but Mc be the one who take it
Just like how S.Alexiel took on all-ally damage to herself with her Shield skill(Skill 1)and Halloween Rosetta(skill 1) and G.Narmaya(skill 2)
Only Rosetta and G.Narmaya that doesnt have Damage cap taken
