    Thanks!
    I upgraded my Tamiya Squash Van to a 4100kv brushless set-up. But is it really an improvement? Was the silver can brushed set-up better? Watch to find out!

    Super stock would be cool to see, I just bought a RZ for my Blitzer beetle build just waiting on bearings

      Yeah. Or even a Tamiya Dirt Tuned as they have slightly more torque.

    I’ll take your stock mabuchi if you’re not going to use it. I’d take that 1060 esc too. lol. They would get good use in my cars.

      lol, the shipping would be more than the value of the motor. I’m in China. I have 20 of these motors lying around…

    Now thats more like it 😆
    Do you think a wheelie bar from GF-01 fits ?
    Also some wider wheels maybe 😉
    I have 3300 Kv in my GF-01 and with a wheelie bar it was more controllable

      Unfortunately the wheelie bar from the GF-01 doesn’t fit. There were many more rollovers than what I put in the video. I think it’s overkill. For this power a lowered suspension and perhaps axle extensions are necessary.

    You should put one of the super stocks in it.

      Thinking it might be too much… Got two new Dirt Tuned motors setting around though.

      Just had it out with the dirt tuned motor. Runs well, super fun.

      @@Triggered-RC I have a dirt tuned in my grasshopper,great motor for the grasshopper.17,000 rpm from that motor.

    3100 kv would’ve done okay in that chassis with a 60a esc. Goolrc 3100kv would be good.

      Hmmm. Maybe. I think with the wider wheel set, a faster motor would be fun. Walking over to right the chassis every couple minutes is never any fun 😂

    Have you tried reducing the punch?

    • @Triggered-RC
      @Triggered-RC  7 місяців тому

      Na. That would only stop the wheelies… and they only happen on high grip surfaces. I think I’m going back to brushed. Bought a Tamiya Dirt Tuned motor I could put it. That should match the truck and tire well.

    Get away from the concrete jungle and give it some room to run.

    • @Triggered-RC
      @Triggered-RC  6 місяців тому

      That’s the plan, eventually. Back to the Canadian wilderness in the next couple of years. As for now though, stuck downtown in one of the World’s largest concrete jungles.

    I just run the torque tuned with a 20t pinion with monster beetle tires. It’s pretty good but the gt tuned has so much more torque I think it would be a blast

      Check my follow up video. I’m happy with my tire set-up. Adds a bit more width to the rig and lowers it ever so slightly. Result: less rolls. Also downgraded to a BZ SuperStock motor. It still rips!
