Embracing Uncertainty and Cultivating Courage and Openness in the face of Unknown with Ven Thubten Dechen

About the teacher
Ven. Dechen is a student and registered FPMT teacher. She studies at Istituto Lama Tzong Khapa in Italy where she took ordination in 2017 and has graduated both the Basic and the Masters Programs.
Before becoming a full-time student, Ven. Dechen lived in Delhi, working on projects to support persons with disabilities in four countries in South Asia. She also managed health projects in Ethiopia and Somaliland after a brief stint in investment banking.
Ven. Dechen now divides her time between study, retreat and teaching for FPMT centres and study groups. She is also the IMI Representative for nuns in Europe.
Open to all, beginners and experienced students alike! You do not need any background in Buddhism to join. No registration required.

Both of the sessions by Ven Thubten Dechen at Tushita Delhi introduced me to compassion/love as a way of life, and to have courage to cultivate it. It is proving to be very helpful in my daily life. Thank you Ven Dechen for the teachings, it means a lot. ❤
