Just thought was something interesting to comment on since this little thing is never touched on again. Also only thing that makes King Crimson less overpowered than Dios World is that he can't attack until the erased time is gone, while Dio with his World could kill you while time is stopped. You could say that King Crimson also being able to see the future 10 secs negates this and should be more overpowered and technically in a fight with The Boss vs Dio, King Crimson is the better stand ability. If Dio wasn't a vampire, the boss probs be more powerful villain than Dio himself. Just more fun trivia/things I like to talk about in regards to the topics of this episode And for any viewers who already seen all of Golden Wind, I will address Arakis situation with Fugo in around ep 30-31.
Fugo leaves here because originally, Araki wanted him to betray the gang and try to kill them for the boss. This also explains why Giorno didn’t vaccinate the team and let Purple Haze take out all the enemies, since that would remove the tension from the planned fight. However, Araki went through a serious bout of depression as he was writing and decided that Fugo betraying his friends would be too sad. It’s theorized that a future Stand User with a slightly similar ability was meant to originally be that Fugo fight, but that’s just speculation. On the bright side, this loose end gave us Purple Haze Feedback, one of the best JoJo spin-offs ever written, where Fugo goes on a mission to take down the rogue Drug Team and clear his name.
To explain how Kung Crimson, it basically has two abilities, the first one being its ability to predict the future of up to 10 seconds, it's the sub-ability the boss has called "Epitaph". The second one is less obvious, but it's its ability to skip through time, yes like you said where it's like double-tapping a UA-cam video, for also up to 10 seconds. With Epitaph, he can only see into the future and predict what may happen, but when this ability is combined with its main ability to skip time, he can basically change his fate from what was supposed to happen TO HIM, say, getting exposed by someone. Fate for everyone else still remains the same, hence literally skipping time, except for him.
Idk if this is spoilers since it technically doesn’t happen, but was meant to happen, so… *Spoilers*?? You guys weren’t far off when you said Fugo returns as a bad guy. Originally, he *was* slated to come back against Giorno and the crew, however, because Araki was going through some tough times with depression, he ended up changing it and making it to where Fugo simply leaves and that’s it.
@@blackpancake6354 I heard that, however I want to finish Part 6 animated before reading the manga (Yes, I will wait until then.) I want to watch a whole animated part being released before reading the manga. (I watched JoJo after Part 5 ended.)
Fun fact: Fugo was out of the story because Araki (the mangaka) realized that his stand was a little too good once you think about it and he managed to write him out using his character
That's misinformation, the actual reason is SPOILERS That he didn't have the heart to make Fugo betray his friends. (Yes it's a spoiler if you haven't finished the show)
Man, that’s a good joke. But I’m still sad that most people still call Fugo a pussy, even tho he was given a decision, he’s my favourite character of the series and seeing those things still hurts. But thank you for this humorous joke.(not that I’m calling you one of these people)
@@ilikerainbow.butimnotgay.4835 yeah, I mean Fugo is kinda being a pussy but in Fugo's perspective, it's like picking death or live and I'm sure most people calling him a pussy would also pick to live rather than die.
So from what I know is, that what Araki (creator of JoJo) had in mind initially for Fugo was that he would turn on the team and they will fight at some point resulting in the death of Fugo, but Araki didn't want to kill Fugo off so he just had him abandon the group instead. This is because he realised that his stand ability was super busted and wouldn't make sense in the greater scheme of the story (as I'm sure you'll see later).
@@just0_ then what is it it's not it's not skipping time it's not editing time no it's limited fate manipulation no he is editing fate he can change his fate for a short time he is cheating fate for a short time that is why he got punished by it
I don't think it ever comes up in the story but Araki has said before that any Stand that effects time effects time in the whole world. I guess it would be weird if Cairo was permanently three minutes behind the rest of the world because of DIO and Jotaro's fight...
Fugo did become a "bad guy" in the Manga, but in the Anime he'll never appear again, it's because Araki was depressive when this episode was made and he did not want Fugo to fight his friends
Nope, he didn't. The "bad guy" Fugo is from light novel Golden Heart, Golden Ring where he was ordered to kill Bucciarati's gang, but since Giorno is immune to Purple Haze's virus, there was a way for Fugo to fight them as Passione wanted, and yet not to kill them because of their past connections. And that's not canon and then there is Purple Haze Feedback, which directly contradicts that. But originally he was planned by Araki to be a traitor, but he scraped the idea, as he confirmed in the light novel Golden Heart, Golden Ring, that also being the reason why Fugo there appeared as "bad but actually good".
@@patrikchromek1796 I literally said "bad guy" what do you even want more? 💀 I didn't say, that he actually 100% became a bad guy, but just pointing out, that he was fighting them

Negative: King Crimson needless to say, it makes no LOGICAL sense, and will continue to make no sense as the story goes on. of course once we learn about [spoiler], it becomes clear. But i think we all know that [spoiler] is a certified 'God From The Machine' moment. Boss vs Buccarati of course, this fight made no sense. for some reasons that i cant yet clarify because of spoilers, and for reasons that are obvious. so i needn't say more.

@@wessltov Spoiler talks about future of Golden Wind just incase they come looking into this comments section. yea but it hasn't been stated yet. We didn't see Jonathan's spirit come out but then suddenly come back alive again to keep fighting, Jonathan just kept fighting till his final breath. The answer for Bruno is given around ep 29 when he confesses about his condition and the chance that Giorno gave him to continue onwards through pure resolve. Up until then, we just know that due unknown reason Bruno is still kicking even though we saw his spirit leave his body. After that, we see Bruno not acknowledging pain nor bleeding anymore. It's not the confirmation of 'how' he survived which is the spoiler, but more the spoiler of if Bruno 'truly' died there or not. You could say that King Crimson also being able to see the future 10 secs negates this and should be more overpowered and technically in a fight with The Boss vs Dio, King Crimson is the better stand ability. If Dio wasn't a vampire, the boss probs be more powerful villain than Dio himself. Just more fun trivia/things I like to talk about in regards to the topics of this episode
And for any viewers who already seen all of Golden Wind, I will address Arakis situation with Fugo in around ep 30-31.
King Crimson is a reference to the band King Crimson
King Crimson displays the most emotions out of all the stands out there
We don't talk about fugo go go
We don't talk about fugoooooo
If you noticed, Mista wanted to join Buccellati right of but waited so he won't be the 4th person to get on the boat
One of the things I love about the Jojo series is just how loyal the allies are.
Love how sorta all the jojo villains have similar powers DIO- stops time KIRA- bites the dust rewinds times BOSS- erases time

King Crimson - Skip time

Idk if this is spoilers since it technically doesn’t happen, but was meant to happen, so…
*Spoilers*??
You guys weren’t far off when you said Fugo returns as a bad guy. Originally, he *was* slated to come back against Giorno and the crew, however, because Araki was going through some tough times with depression, he ended up changing it and making it to where Fugo simply leaves and that’s it.

The later part is bullishit, his ability is not that impressive and Araki never said it being busted.
The bosses ability is fate manipulation change my mind

Fugo did nothing wrong
💀 I didn't say, that he actually 100% became a bad guy, but just pointing out, that he was fighting them

my thoughts on this episode can easily be split into positive and negative.
Positive:
The Mystery Of Bruno
what could be happening to him? it's truly captivating.
Will I Stay Or Will I Go?
out of the party members, i happen to only care about Bruno and Abbaccio. but even I was invested, shouting at my screen when Narancia and Fugo wouldn't join Bruno. It's excellent writing.
Negative:
King Crimson
needless to say, it makes no LOGICAL sense, and will continue to make no sense as the story goes on. of course once we learn about [spoiler], it becomes clear. But i think we all know that [spoiler] is a certified 'God From The Machine' moment.
Boss vs Buccarati
of course, this fight made no sense. for some reasons that i cant yet clarify because of spoilers, and for reasons that are obvious. so i needn't say more.
If you're talking about the arrow then you're wrong. It's not Deus ex makina. Dem happens out of the blue and it was stated that "you get the arrow=you win".
@@shrekkek9396 Fate itself is Deus Ex Machina. literal word of god. the creator himself. this defines my negative feelings towards King Crimsons' ability, the Arrow and Fate itself. it is literal bullshit. literally just an excuse for the author to make literally anything happen: see; Golden Wind Episode 35 and the iron fence of fate.

"Bucciarati has the resolve to keep living" pretty much means he accepted the res from Giorno, and they already speculated that Bucciarati could be saved because he wasn't dead for long.
In a way, this is basically how Jonathan stayed alive
The comment at the top confirms this by both answering 'how' as well as to 'if' Bruno died.
