In this current age, youngsters have a different way of celebrating and expressing themselves in public. They're acting like savages. Whats baffling is that they do this over and over again as time goes on.
I admit I was one last year, but it was pretty unorganized after the parade. I ended up getting a blue drink from the lady on the street and it was pretty downhill from there.
It's not baffling. The city as well as the rest of America is not spending money on its people. Social wellness programs reduce crime and put those at risk on a better path. We've know these things for centuries but still deside not to invest in our own communities and people.
