Growing up in a family where both parents were alcoholics, that gives you a very uneasy childhood with a lot of pain you have to suffer through, you grow up really fast and you have to work hard to get out of the shit that kind of childhood gives you mentally and emotionally when you grow up, that have definitely giving me the mindset that i do not whine about stupid shit that does not matter.

You're getting good at being natural for the camera. To agree with your video, most try to think for 1 second, experience mental stress, immediately give up, and say they're not smart enough. That's like picking up a 40 lb weight, experiencing tension, immediately giving up, and then saying you're not strong enough. They're misinterpreting the situation on foundational level.

Brilliant stuff, Dan! I've been a cop for twenty years and I totally get what you mean. I couldn't afford to NOT wake up at 05:30. I couldn't afford NOT to stay awake at the night shift.
High pain tolerance, antifragility is what makes winners. Thank you for this video

Most of these get rich quick gurus that you mentioned were early in the game, they faked it till they made it, cashed in and they got out. To become wealthy and build a long term business you need to put in the work and have a talent or at least an obsession to succeed.

    Hey Dan!
I have read both the pocket guide to high ticket selling, and digital millionaire secrets.
    And I love them both.
You share a ton of value and are clearly one of the best marketers out there.
But the links in the book don’t work anymore.
Can you please share a link on the webinar training?
And btw your UA-cam channel is great as well!
    Especially the coaching!!!

It is astonishing when one realizes that when things aren’t working for us, they’re working on us. That the suffering is good. That the sweat, the stress, the lessons; the worthwhile ones, are within the resistance; buried beneath piles of dissatisfaction… All the while, reward gets deferred further into the future. It’s as though, the one is commensurate with the other… the longer and deeper the strife (without a whimper of complaint), the greater wisdom and sagacity gained.
Many thx 🙏 for another well thought video.

Thank you for great info. But getting enough sleep is vital for healt. So if you want to wake up at 5 you hav to go to bed at 9:30 so you get enough sleep. In the short term, not getting enough sleep can lead to:
    Fatigue
    Reduced concentration
    Difficulty making decisions
    Increased risk of accidents
    Increased risk of getting sick
In the long term, not getting enough sleep can increase the risk of:
    Obesity and overweight
    Type 2 diabetes
    Heart disease and stroke
    Depression
    Anxiety
    Alzheimer's disease
    Parkinson's disease
    Weakened immune system
Sleep is important for strengthening the immune system. When we sleep, our bodies produce hormones that help fight off infections. Not getting enough sleep can lead to a weakened immune system, which can make us more susceptible to illness.
    Increased risk of accidents
Fatigue can make us less alert and attentive. This can increase the risk of accidents, both in traffic and at work.
    Obesity and overweight
Not getting enough sleep can lead to increased hunger and reduced satiety. This can lead to us eating more and gaining weight.
    Type 2 diabetes
Sleep deprivation can increase the risk of type 2 diabetes. This is because not getting enough sleep can affect the body's insulin response.
    Heart disease and stroke
Sleep deprivation can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. This is because not getting enough sleep can lead to increased blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and inflammation.
    Stroke
Sleep deprivation can increase the risk of stroke. This is because not getting enough sleep can increase blood pressure and lead to blood clots in the brain.
    Depression and anxiety
Sleep deprivation is a risk factor for depression and anxiety. This is because not getting enough sleep can affect the brain's chemistry.
    Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease
Sleep deprivation can increase the risk of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. This is because not getting enough sleep can lead to damage to the brain's nerve cells.
How to prevent not getting enough sleep
It is important to get enough sleep to maintain good health and well-being. Most adults need 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Here are some tips for preventing not getting enough sleep:
