The baseball thing was to keep him active while he was on this 2 year vacation. He was never going to be a real baseball player. It was just to keep him in physical shape for basketball.

Based on this video alone, it's obvious that you're much more talented/skilled than any billionaire I've worked with. Your use of language, story telling, psychology, and your unconditional contribution is second to none. The only thing is that billionaires are typically very insecure individuals, so they feel like they have no choice but to stick to the one business that has worked for them and keep improving it over time (regardless of all of the negatives they run into). You've actually accomplished much more than any of them in a short period of time. Picking the right business is like an athlete picking the right sport. Once anyone has found that right one for themselves, they simply need to go all in with that one for the long-term and not allow their talent to steer them into too many other sports. And you're clearly the best in the world at what you do.
I'm gratefully good at boring, and now I'm boring from a house I own in a nice neighborhood in one of the most desirable places to live in the Colorado mountains, instead of an overpriced rented under maintained mouldy place in New York by the Bronx. And I'm sticking to being boring going forwards. So many rags-riches-rags stories in our industry. You are correct. Emotional problems = financial problems. Solve the emotional stuff, or at least be aware and manage it, and it'll trip you up a lot less. I channel my need for action into being a volunteer firefighter. Works!
Been there...luckily I poured most of my money into real estate, but one thing I was taught in 2017 when I launched my info product, was when the successful business gets boring, instead of doing something else, just hire someone to run it. That's why I have never pivoted and still sell the same (updated) coaching program for 7 years now with this year probably the most profitable...At least you have the self awareness...Good Luck

I'm guessing that you weren't as involved in real estate because you were complete clueless or chose to be t just Focus elsewhere. How much profitable than flipping houses is to build something similar to the hormozis?

I feel this. I paid more in taxes last year than most people make in 5. I ended up moving to Puerto Rico under act 60. It's a huge relief not to have to think giving half my money away every year. Like Alex Hormozi sayd "take a lot of risk with a little money and a little risk with a lot of money". Now it's high interest treasury bonds and focusing on income generation in the zone of geninus.
